Terrible costumer service at Hair house pacific fair
I’m normally pretty compassionate in reviewing a service but Wow I am gobsmack with how rude of this costumer service staff at hair house pacific fair when I was about to collect my online order , the guy I believe he’s possibly the manager or leader of the store
He wasn’t greet he wasn’t polite no such hospitality at All instead of he’s half yelling at me to pick up order for the next 3 hours later, because his shop busy! In a meantime it was 10am in the morning only me and him and absolutely not busy at all! And I ordered about 2 half hours...ago and I don’t deserved a revolting behaviour !wasting over $300 Bucks and my time! i ordered online at hair house Robina the staff member were prompt , so nice and polite no matter how busy they are Please hair house evaluate this if you don’t want to lose any costumer or your shop will be having a bad bad vibes
Did not receive product and told to chase it up myself
Do not shop with Hairhouse Warehouse!! Ordered a product and was supposed to be delivered within a couple of hours by Door Dash. Product did not arrive and when I called the Liverpool Westfield store, was told by Melinda, that I needed to chase it up myself through Door Dash and that the product was still there. So basically, I have paid $70 and have not received my product. Great customer service Hairhouse Warehouse. Will never use again

Rip off salon with very rude unprofessional staff
$55 for my teenager daughters hair trim is a bit rich. There was no wash, blow dry or styling involved, just a straight out trim. My daughter went in there on her own and forgot to check the price whilst I was busy elsewhere in Shellharbour with my son and elderly mother. We normally get her hair cut in another salon for $30 and I checked 2 doors down in Just Cuts where it’s $30. Just blatant robbery....
I went back to query $55 and was meet a very rude young women. I was told teenagers are charged at the same rate as adult. In any case they should tell people how much it’s going to cost before they sit them down.
Rude and disrespectful staff! Products and services are way overpriced and staff are unhelpful. Management is highly unprofessional!! STAY AWAY!!
Help! I took advice from Hairhouse and it has ruined my hair!
Being on holiday and not having my usual hair bleach and colour kit with me I went into Hairhouse Burleigh; I told the staff member my usual routine of bleach then colour as well as the colours I use and was told to try dying my hair a different way which wouldn’t take me as long.
Advised to use a 30vol mixed with colour on roots for around 30mins then do lengths to tie in colour and I will get the same result; having never heard of this I thought I would try it.
Worst advice I’ve ever received in relation to hair!
The 30vol and colour mix ...didn’t do anything to the roots so now I have brown and grey hair! The work to strip my hair now is enormous and so friggen delicate as it’s not just a case of bleaching. Why ohh why did I listen to that woman instead of just doing what I normally do?!!
Pacific Fair staff are rude & stock is over priced.
I have been here 4-5 times and had a different staff member each time and always snooty & rude. Yes I do my own hair and I go to buy products for that. It's a fun mama & daughter playtime to play hair salons at home. I don't need stuck up hairdressers looking down their noses at me to pay twice to 3 times as much as anywhere else. Bland af. GlamaCo are way friendlier and cheaper for the same products!
Never again. I went to get a full head of color and foils and was severely overcharged for what was provided at the end. I asked for brown with caramel highlights, was given my original black full color and all hidden highlights inside. Everyone I know said I been severely overcharged $430 and cannot see the difference in my hair at all, I was naive and thought this is was the normal price as I never had highlights and a full head but many many people told me I should have only paid upto Max $270. If i pay $430 on hair I should see a big differ...ence which noone did. I went in-store and spoke to the manager, she was adamant to not give me any refund back at all despite my hair being black wirh hidden highlights and not brown with highlights on top. she said she'll strip the color if I want..and yet keep all the money I paid. This is a very unfair exchange as a consumer of a service. They said they'll fix it by bleaching and recolouring.. which will only further damage and break all the highlighted hair underneath. So I will not go back and don't recommend. Charging people as if they are a private boutique salon and are more like a backyard job. thanks.

I walked in to the Plenty Valley store today with a question. I was out the store in 5 minutes. Jenna approached me and was so helpful and knowledgeable and gave me the best product for my needs. Thanks Jenna. wonderful to have great service which is so rare to find today!
I bought a product from Hairhouse at Pacific Fair & i'd only had the product less than 24hrs and the bottom of this bottle completely dropped out! I went to pick it up from my beside table & the contents come gushing out all over the table & floor!!! I couldn't believe it! I rang the store & asked to speak to a manager & I told her the story & she was accusing me of dropping the product!! She straight out said; "no we're not offering you a refund, that's just bad luck that happened"....She didnt even offer for me to bring it in so she could see...the product, nor did she offer a store credit OR even an exchange!!!! Nothing....Her tone was quite rude. I then went in on the Thursday night 4 days after purchasing the product, after STILL not having heard anything from anyone, & the it was closing time & I quickly had a word to the lady & just wanted to give her some feedback on what happened thus far & she basically didn't want to hear about it...she was phobbing me off, telling me their closed & to email head office!!!!! (once again!!!) She abruptly told me to email Head Office & speak to them!! So, as per her demand, I did just that & I have received ONE phone call of which I unfortunately missed but returned the call 10 minutes later & how surprising....no answer! Since then, I have tried to call several times without success! I have emailed several times with only two replies telling me to contact the store!!!!!! What the ???? This is the Head Office who are suppose to sort problems out & keep customers satisfied right???? Sadly the customer service from both store & Head Office have been absolutely appauling!!.I couldn't believe how rude the manager was & how the other sales assistant couldn't care less & again was telling me I dropped when, when I did not drop the product, otherwise I wouldn't be ringing & emailing!!! come one girls!...I have better things to do than sit here & write negative feedback regarding a store's customer service!!!! It was quite upsetting when im only in the area for a short time for contract work. I know that I will NEVER shop there again & Im letting all you girls out there know, to be very very cautious when purchasing any products from this store!!!
Ugh I don’t even know where to start.
First off, I got my helix pierced at a different store (not HW) and it got sore. The head piercer told me it was rejecting and I could never get cartilage pierced again. Thank god I went to ask some other places before I took it out. Turns out it was just irritated.
Next I got my belly button pierced at a professional piercing place, but it got red and skin got thin. They said it was fine and part of the healing process. The same day I went back to the place I got it done and it was actually rejecting. ...If I hadn’t gotten a second opinion it would’ve fully rejected out of my body. Also my sister got her second lobe piercing and it was in the wrong place and looked bad, plus they weren’t at even heights. Never going there again
Worst Customer Service and Refund Policy Ever!
The staff at the Pacific Fair Hairhouse Warehouse recommended a hair straightener that does not work on my hair. They provided me with false information. I tried to return it for a refund and they were obnoxious, rude and unhelpful with absolutely 0 care factor. I am now trying to get my refund from head office but am receiving the same treatment. I will never shop in Hairhouse Warehouse again and I do not recommend anyone to shop with them to avoid the heartache and emotional stress I have been going through with them!!!
False advertising and wrong colour
I went to the Hairhouse Warehouse in Bondi Junction. Asked for a red hair dye and a blue hair dye. After I got home and applied it to my hair, it in fact was neither red nor blue. Instead of the specified colours, the blue turned out as a dark greyish black that matched my usual hair colour and the red turned out as a pinky-orange. Very disappointed and annoyed about this and will be asking for a refund.

Very disappointing that every time I visit a Hairhouse Warehouse store I am always recommended products from the same brand 'Sexy Hair'! This is an awful brand. I will not be taking the advise from sales assistants who are un-educated on their products. It's very frustrating that I cannot receive genuine recommendations.
Very good customer service
I had my piercing done at another business. I wanted to change the stud, bought one at hair house staff while trying to fix it saw there was an issue, spend extra time to fix it at no extra cost
