U R Unlucky if you live near a small store! – I find it a bit discriminatory to be limited in products I can order for delivery because my nearest Harris Farm store is a small one that has limited types and number of products. Customer Service’s reply to my complaint is: “our current system uses Uber as our courier, imposes certain restrictions on the distance we can deliver from each store. … Read more

As a result, we are only able to offer delivery within a 15km radius and the order is automatically assigned to the nearest store.” Their answer does Not make sense because there two bigger stores within less than 15km from my house, but their delivery service did NOT to access items from those stores where would have way more choice of products! Not Value For Money – If that was $100 of fruit and vegetables, prices have changed a lot since March. Box was delivered upside down. Produce was damaged. I feel that the quality of these boxes has deteriorated.

Still happy but not so much variety in today's delivery – A bit disappointed today as there were 2 lasagne's, and 3 ravioli's in todays chiller box. Would have preferred more hommus or babaganoush, or cheese at least. Still happy. just like more varietry.

quarantine too long.....Needless to say we were beyond impressed with the wide selection of the products that came in the four box option. In fact there was not a single product that we would not use. In particular impressed with the premium selection of meat supplied eg whole fillet, lamb backstraps, pork fillet - items we would not normally include in our weekly shop. 10/10 - will be ordering again. Thank you Harris Farm! I just hope that there will be some variety in our next order ie it would be somewhat disappointing to get the same products for each order.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLED – My first delivery from Harris farm.. My box was left in the middle of the driveway of my apartment block in the POURING RAIN!! My neighbour knocked on my door and said he had to call Harris farm as there was no address or number on the boxes.. Great concept but lacks variety – We have just received our third protein box and it is the exact same cuts of meat as the previous two. While I think the concept is great is would be nice if there was a bit of variety in what we're getting, even just a different mince or sausage would be nice rather than beef every time. Show details

delivery. It's not exactly a deal breaker, but I would consider eggs to be an essential part of a grocery shop, and am thus giving 3 stars 'OK' rather than a higher rating. Harris Farm definitely need to add eggs to at least one of these boxes; also, more cheese would be great.

The principal advantage of this service is that you don't need to deal with the headache of ordering anything, as it is all done for you - thus a sound time saver, even without eggs.

P.S. - Did I mention eggs - definitely need eggs.

fresh and good variety – I ordered all four boxes. All of them are fresh and have good variety. I was wondering if I get some food i usually don't eat, but the selection was great and nothing to waste. Great quality fresh produce – This box was good value and feels like high quality produce! Personally I felt the fruit to vegetable ratio was a bit high for what we usually eat, would love a vegetable only box option. Wow it’s wonderful – My daughter ordered me the $100 fruit/vegetable box and it was delivered the next day. The quality is amazing and the variety fabulous thank you Harris Farm for keeping us safe. A $50 box for pensioners would be great if possible.

Excellent produce! – We ordered the $100 Protein and Fruit & Veg boxes and were wowed this morning when it arrived. bit more packaging than I’d prefer and almost exact same products both weeks (great if you like predictability but not great if you don’t like bok choy). And the lack of eggs is frustrating! Again, will definitely keep shopping but definitely holding out for a vegetarian choice!!

docked a star for no eggs in either of the 4 box deliveries (but they were in every one of the $250 boxes) and the 200g himalayan salt and pepper mix (it will take me a year to use one of these - to get one in each delivery is annoying - definitely not a pantry essential). Please replace the salt/pepper mix with eggs and I'd rate 5 stars.

Perfect gift for couple with a newborn – I had been taking meals to assist a young family with a 2 and a half year old and a newborn, but alas, lockdown got serious! Essential shopping for the week, very impressive @harrisfarm! – Well selected quality produce, almost perfect for our family of four to stock the fridge with dairy and fruit/veg items for the week.
