Hi colbunko, Thank you for your query. You may follow these steps. 1. When you press the “Power” Button, the chair will adjust itself to an upright position. 2. When you end the massage, for future use, it is possible to save the program that has been created after having adjusted the settings, by pressing the “A, B or C” buttons – you will have approximately 10 seconds to do this. 3. This will allow for 3 different users to store programs that have been specifically tailored to them individually. If any changes are made to the settings, and you want to keep them for your next massage session, a. Simply follow the step 2 to save them, OR 4. Do not press any button when the machine is shutting down (approximately 10 seconds) to keep the original program saved.

Thankyou for the reply. There is still a query though. The only way to start the massages is to press 'AUTO' which then starts up all the massage routines. Is it possible to manually turn off most of the options and just leave the back massage routine running, then save that into A B or C? Then the next time I want just a back massage, I could select the memory I saved it in and just the back massage will run? Thanks again

I don't believe it's the power cord, i believe it's the main power board, where the cord plugs into. Regards Tony

Ok you can send it, but just to let you know, it won't work as i have already tried with another power lead from one of my working amps that had the same specs as the chairs power lead, Still nothing, no sign of life, didn't turn on as it usually does, no sound no lights nothing.

Then when my brother came over he used his multimeter to check the external fuse and the 2 under the cover on the circuit board. They were all fine and didn't show to be blown.

Also a quick look at the board from were we stood showed, it still looked brand new with no visible signs of damage or burns.

We were wondering if there were some kind of reset function using the control panel as sometimes that may fix these issues?

I have already turned the power off via the switch unplugged for 1 and 2 days, plug back in, power up again and still nothing.
