number, he told us to contact his cleaner as he is not able to contact his cleaner to finish the job. He also said to keep calling the cleaner and get her to do the job as he cannot do anything. They did half the job which I had to complete myself and I did a better job than these guys. On top of that we had to spend extra to hire other cleaners to finish the job they did not complete.

canister of a bissell spot clean on one very small patch of carpet When asked to either redo the job paid for or issue a refund I was refused and told I didn’t know what I was talking about in a rude and condescending manor and because of the weather it will take time to dry It took 4 days to dry with windows open and heater on for 4 days My carpet is severely stained and stinks I do not care for they owners requests in giving out my details or saying this is a fake review as I am beyond impressed with the service provided and will be contacting consumer affairs

Awful – Cleaners attended to do a bond clean but only completed half the task, didn't do the oven, walls, skirting boards, fans, lights, vents, mopped the floors properly, toilet. The list goes on and on. Cleaners ignored our calls to re attended, so we had to clean it ourselves and have requested a refund but no reply.

Best Cleaning Company Around! – All the great reviews led us to using Highpowercleaning to Clean for our fortnightly house clean and they are just fabulous! She does an excellent job with great attention to detail. It's like coming to a hotel room once she's finished!! She's also very considerate - she often comes when our baby is napping and is super quiet when she is around his room.

On a side note - the admin staff at Highpowercleaning to Clean are just as fabulous. They are super responsive and very helpful with organising the cleaners to attend. We had a cleaner who we weren't completely happy with and they replaced them straight away, no questions asked. Top notch company, I wouldn't go with anyone else!

Best cleaning experience ever had – My cleaner was Peter and WOW he can clean ! so quick but so thorough and amazingly proactive. Cleaning areas I hadn't thought of as he had some time 'left on the clock'. So appreciated that, and would love to have a cleaner like Peter every time I use Highpowercleaning to Clean! ... Good cleaning company – Hired Hpcs for get our carpets professionally steam cleaned. To be honest there were lots of stains on our carpet and we knew that the cleaners will bump up the price on arrival. However to our surprise they didn't charge us a single cent extra. Great End-of-Lease Deep Clean! – Harry showed up right on time and got started right away. He spent all day going over the large house, and it never looked better since we lived in it. Attention to detail like the window tracks, stove rangehood, and those hard to clean parts along the ceiling were taken care of, Floors were old but they look really good! 5+ stars ... highly recommend!

Abysmal – On the day of the cleaning the booking contact was rude, aggressive and threatening because I didn't pay the night before. I hadn't even been asked for it. He then charged me $60 more than was quoted. There's no come back if you aren't happy with the job!

3pm no show then about 4 pm they arrived the 2 girls were great felt sorry for them. Never again I think he should have discounted my $450 cost for the inconvenience.

stay clear they fail to deliver and run leaving you with nothing – booked, paid and they arrived and got on teh phone to their manager and left leving me with a booking at 1 pm and no possible way to look for another cleaner in time for inspection. thanks, guys .. you suck don't bother going with thee guys, policy on the fly . go for jims or someone who cares about customers

expectation of paying for a service that I thought may not be completed as only 1 person and then to be told 8-10 hour job. Then endless calls from the boss who threatened to stop the job because I wouldn't pay and he is a busy man and does not need this. He became rude and aggressive. Finally when the job was complete not before another call from the office to pay, I looked throughout the house which I could see was still dirty and had enough water on floor to ice-skate. 3 days later a call from the Real-Estate to state they were not happy with the clean. Again several attempts to try and get the contractor back to clean who states it is not up to them to collect keys. Even though the job was not satisfactory first time round. I seriously thought end of lease cleaning was meant to be easier and less stressful. Had I known this whole experience I wouldn't have bother and would have saved myself $600.

Awful – Had an 11 am booking to clean 1 bedroom unit, cleaner came after 2 pm. Got home to a place that stank of using dirty mop on floor, could not see much difference, sink not cleaned.
