I’m using the steam Mop but I don’t know why leave the floor wet. ?
I don't have that brand but the one I use does the same. It appears that steam mops all do that.
If your mop drenches the floor, perhaps you could go back to where you purchased it, and ask for advice.

Hi. I bought spare covers off ebay a few years ago. Check ebay as there are covers available to fit H2° mops which would fit similar designed steam mops. Cheers
Hi, just wondering how well this mop cleans dirty grout. Our grout is white and the kids are always getting it dirty!
I actually put a solution of diluted white vinegar in warm water over the grout first & let it sit for 10 minutes then went over it with the steam mop. I was told to do this by my tiler & I found it does work on my grout.
I managed to remove the filter from the steamer, but can't work out how to clean it? There are no instructions in the booklet.
Put the filter or pad that you have just used on your floors in the washing machine and it will wash up good
Hi, You can handwash in the sink with warm water and then let it dry overnight and then put it back in.
