3 hours starting 1 hour away and the callout fee is $49, waived if you engage them for the works quoted. OK.

At 9:30am the plumber calls to say he will be with you at 10am. At 9:59am he is at your front door/gate. Then you meet Daniel, a plumber, a professional and a gentleman. You show him around and explain what you need. He withdraws to his ute for a few minutes, and returns with a hand-written detailed quote. He goes thru it with infinite patience and sincere attitude, explaining everything and answering all questions. The quote prices are fair and reasonable. You really cannot say no, as the professionalism is so overwhelming. So, is his actions as good as his words?

4 hours later, with cheerfulness that makes your day, overlaying focused and meticulous work and attention to detail, Daniel declares the works done to his satisfaction. He checks and verifies everything, and shows you his workmanship with pride. Flawless.

bigger than originally thought requiring an excavator onsite which we were not charged for. These guys were generous with their time in answering our questions and explaining our options. They cleared two sections of pipe clogged with tree roots, blasted a third blockage and contacted Council about a 4th in their easement about 25m away!!

We found these guys to be very honest and forthcoming. Planning for the job was terrific too! The skip bin arrived 30 mins before works commenced so we were not without our driveway for too long. The materials arrived shortly after.

Will and Jahmanie cleaned the site at the end of each day and ensured the safety parameters were in place due to the 2m deep excavation trench in our backyard!! At the end of the job, they remediated the excavated area to reduce subsidence and treated all the excavator track marks onsite.

Overall, we could not fault these guys and highly recommend them!!

Very pleased with the result – The workers (Lochie and Brad) were a pleasure to have in the home. There was minimal damage to tiles (removing old toilet) and no damage to floor or walls. They were efficient, came on time, and cleaned up afterwards. The new toilet was a necessity. I am very grateful.

A very satisfied customer – I had a broken hot water tank. Called Plumbfirst and they came and inspect the tank and gave me quotes for 3 options. Explained everything in detailed. The next morning before 8am, Josh has turned up all prepared. Completed the job nicely, very efficient and professional. He cleaned up afterwards too. Such as nice person. Absolutely amazing work, quoted and job completed in the same day – Efficient, friendly and professional. I am very impressed that the work was quoted at 8am, with 5 large and tricky jobs completed by 2pm. Fittings to shower, toilet, hot water and kitchen. At no point did they rush and ensured all possible solutions were checked out. As a result of going with these guys I saved thousands as previous plumber recommended the system needed to be changed and These guys were able to fix it for a couple of hundred. Also no call out fee is charged upfront. Ill definitely only use these guys going forward. Thank you Plumb First.

Careful! Super expensive – Plumb first came for free Gas leak check, found leak, only bayonet needed to be replaced, charged over $500. After I paid someone made me aware that this was a total rip off as a bayonet only costs$30. I got some quotes from other plumbers for leak check, install bayonet and it was between $200-250. I made plumb first aware but they said that's what they charge and they never claimed to be cheap. Show details

Efficient and friendly – We literally just moved into our new home and needed all of our gas pipes replaced. The team were extremely efficient, very friendly, punctual,conscientious and consistent with their work.Kurt’s came to initial consultation and review and also followed up with team; Ezra and Jahmanie throughout the three days. Excellent customer service – We had issues with groundwater rising under our bedroom floor. Jack suggested installing a drain to remove excess water. Jack, Jahmanie and Kurt were great, installing the drain quickly and professionally. Legendary service – I had a stormwater blockage problem from my driveway to the street kerb for a while. Jordan and Josh from plumbing first showed up on time. The problem was solved with their creative idea and prompt service. I appreciate Josh's kind advice on the maintenance of the area they fixed. He also cleaned up all dirt on the driveway for me. I will use their service again in the future.

top notch – on time quick efficient polite service answered my questions in simple to understand terms Josh and Jahmanie were great to have working for us not noisy at all and gave regular updates on progress and were quick - not time wasting hanging around - well priced and put me at ease

Professional, thorough and reliable – The team of Matt, Jahmanie, Matt and Josh did an excellent job on my house. I had a major problem with the sewer line in my place and Plumb first were the only plumbers I contacted who did a thorough inspection of the whole line and came up with several solutions for the job.
