updates was fantastic and gave me reassurance that everything was going smoothly and to plan. Scott ensured my home was completed in aproximately 5 months, from the pour of the slab, with outsanding workmanship from all trades. What other builder consider 'upgrades', come as 'standard' inclusions with CMA and represent fantastic value for money. Any post-contract variations were outlined clearly, and the final costs were exactly as I expected. Thank you, Homes by CMA, for making my journey as a first time builder such a positive and exciting experience.

I recommend everyone I speak with to build with CMA. From contract to colours to the build, we couldn’t be happier.
We had as expected a couple of hiccups on site, but they were dealt with so quickly and promptly and didn’t wreck our 14 week build!
The price of our home was very reasonable, but I would have to say at the end of the day it comes down to quality over price.

Our journey started with Clare and Vince from North Harbour, who were our new home consultants. They were fantastic in guiding us through the initial stages of planning and design, making the process easy and enjoyable from the very beginning. They helped us bring our vision to life and ensured we had everything in place to make the build go smoothly.
Our site supervisor, Matt F, was a pleasure to work with. His professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to ensuring the build was progressing as planned gave us complete peace of mind. Every visit to the site showed how meticulous he was in overseeing the quality of work, and we felt reassured knowing we were in good hands.
Amy, our construction admin, was equally fantastic. We really appreciated her clear communication and the weekly progress updates. It was great to always know what was happening on-site, whether it was new milestones being reached or timelines for upcoming phases of the build. This level of transparency and consistency in communication made the whole process so much easier to manage.
One of the standout qualities of CMA is their transparency and fairness. There were no unexpected price increases or hidden fees throughout the build, which we know can be a concern for many. The initial pricing was clear and accurate, and we never felt misled or surprised at any stage.
Overall, CMA exceeded our expectations in every way. The team was reliable, transparent, and committed to delivering a high-quality home. We couldn’t be happier with our new home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CMA to anyone looking for a trustworthy builder that delivers on their promises.

I love the quality of the house and the fixtures and the time frame was shorter than expected as we had mostly sunny days here in D’aguilar. I would especially like to express my gratitude to our amazing site supervisor Patrick for his exceptional dedication and commitment to our home. Patrick's personalized approach and attention to detail were truly second-to-none. His invaluable contributions made the process seem effortless and reassuring, which was a huge relief for a nervous new home buyer/builder like myself and my father who can be veerrryyy particular with builders and their building quality (IYKYK). Suprisingly the building process was the most fun and stress-free experience throughout the entire process. We're very appreciative of Patrick for taking care of our home like it were his own, you can really tell he loves what he does.
Looking back, I wish I hadn't committed to the 90-day lock-in contract. The terms and conditions were not clear from the start which caused a lot of confusion, stress and anxiety, which unfortunately led to some key details being overlooked in our plans. If we used the time we had during the waiting period for our land registration, we could have utilised that time by fine-tuning the design more. However, I'm still happy with the outcome and am so incredibly proud of our new home and I would certainly build with CMA again.
So far, I have not had any maintenance problems that require me to contact the office. I have heard that getting in touch with CMA after the handover can be challenging, but I remain optimistic that my experience with them will remain positive.

Not worth your time – In the beginning amazing, a high level in contact between ourselves and the sales team. were told the soil test HAD BEEN done, it hadn’t, so we then had to add another $10k for footings, then we had to be pay another $10K for the water mains. We also wanted to add some PowerPoints, and were told by the sales dude to wait until the build started and speak to our site supervisor as it would delay the build time. Once the build had started we advised the site supervisor about the additional powerpoints and he said no problem. Problem, he forgot to advise us when the electrical was being done, we then had to be almost $2k for an electrician to do the additional once we moved in. Once we got expressed our frustrations communication became a little better and was managed OK. The quality of the build, the concrete is also cracking, there is rio showing in our driveway, paint is peeling inside. We were also told someone would contact us upon the 12 month mark after living in our home to fix any issues, four months later and radio silence. Our final cost was almost $40k more than it was first told because of the LACK of communication!

Terrible builder – Do not build through CMA. Difficult to deal with every step of the way, excessive delays, changes in staff, short cuts you name it. correctly or poor quality build from cracks in ceilings, front door not primed and painted correctly and poor quality, aircon not installed correctly and of course they won’t cover due to warranty period. When I tried to get these things fixed within timeframes they ignored my emails. Whatever you do, don’t build with this company. You will regret it

not be amended no matter how many clarifications made, their processes do not seem equipped to manage jobs outside of their basic project scope and it was highly unprofessional to waste an entire year of our time and associated expenses while they fumbled through, until we eventually cut ties to cut our losses to find a reliable alternative.

Then we worked with Steph the color design consultant. She was amazing , she listened and her advice and support was brilliant. Then the build started our supervisor was Matt was fantastic. Methodical and easy to work with, listened and was most helpful . Telia in the office was great keeping us up to date most weeks with the build updates. Overall we can highly recommend CMA builders their communication, workmanship and overall standard of build was great. We have handover on the house next week. Thankyou again to the CMA team. Our Roof wasn’t done well (Brand new House) – Is so frustrating since we move in with the rain in Narangba, Queensland our garage and the laundry are flooded, every time is raining, we advise many times already to CMA and the roof technician alway go and do nothing because every time is raining the same places are flooding. He was fantastic to deal with, he dealt with a few curve balls during our build but handled each with professionalism and dedication to deliver each time.
