Hi Meredyth, The Hoover Lark H9560 was made prior to 2016. Replacement exhaust filters and inlet filters are available and can be purchased through your nearest Godfreys store, or over the phone by calling 1300 360 845. Regards, The Hoover Team

I have replaced 2 new belts on my hoover lark H9560 both lasted around 5 minites each time am I doing something wrong when replacing them? Does the belt have to go behind the plastic bit then on to the metal shaft? As I have just been putting it in front of the plastic bit as there is a gap infront and behind this plastic bit. Thanks

The dealer i bought my Hoover Lark from is in Coffs Harbour and i would guess that this may not be convenient for you, but would assume any shop that sold Hoover vacuums may be able to help

Check on Ebay. America seems to sell everything. I just had to replace the belt on my big Hoover and they were $35 for a single belt in Australia while a pack of three belts posted from the US was about $15.
