us selecting hotondo because we felt like we knew how everything would happen before it did, he was always available to take our calls and answer any questions we had. Having a great relationship with him made us confident in selecting hotondo.

When we moved into the build phase we also had a positive experience with all the trades and how informative and easy they were to talk to about things when visiting the home. Matt the director kept us in the loop throughout the whole build and was very easy to deal with, the whole experience was great and we are over the moon with the finished product.

We loved that Hotondo used all local tradesman as well, its important as they care about how their workmanship looks and its keeps people in jobs in the local community, we found other builders use a lot of out of town tradesman for work.

Overall we would highly recommend hotondo homes Griffith/Leeton for any person looking to build in the area ! 10/10

like is to be better informed when trades were starting and the overall status of the build and timings, this may be just me as I come from the industry. We could have done with more site meetings to discuss status and possible changes, this may have made some things easier later on. I visited site most days to keep myself in the loop and discuss some issues or changes we could have as it wasn't a totally standard build. That said, any issues were quickly dealt with and the response was fantastic. Trades used were all good and helpful. There was no surprises with the overall cost, everything from the start was laid out clearly, and there was no additional cost come the end of the build apart from our variations we added along the way.

Overall happy with the build and the overall experience with the company and the local builders. I would use them again.

The workmanship and quality is one of the main reasons I chose Hotondo, the display homes are a fantastic representation of what is achieved by the team. The one hassle we had was not even to do with Hotondo, it was post construction trying to get internet connected, and yet Matt assisted us with the electrical side of that as well. Their service is impeccable I cannot fault them at any cause. Final costs were basically spot on to what we originally estimated, small things arose but nothing drastic. Highly recommend!!

I was so happy with the teams management of the design and planning process - I am a fairly thorough and detail focused person and they were very understanding through my millions of clarification and change of plan emails. They were happy to adjust to my choices even if not initially within the range and I was made aware of any changes this would make to the cost immediately and given options to suit the budget. The build went very quickly once we got started and and it was amazing to see everything happen - it was wonderful not to have to hassle with communication and organisation of tradies as they did absolutely everything. The quality of my home is amazing and I couldn't be happier. There were a couple of slight problems when I first moved in as would be expected with any project and they were fixed almost immediately which was wonderful. The final cost was as I expected with no hidden extras and I got a house that was 100% my choice for less than the cost to buy at the time - it was a no brainer.
