what was the point of release this laptop was slower than the AST laptop I had running windows 3.1 in 1994 nothing loads you basically sit and wait for ever this is absolute rubbish 500 odd dollars for a thing that can not even load your email on webmail

have you checked to see if it has the original hardware inside? The one I have is running windows 10 perfectly. But its got a missing fan, they took it out.
