Tara made the pre-construction phase an ease and a lot less stressful for my partner and I as first home builders. After contacting Tara numerously and making many changes, Tara made us feel very reinsured and happily promptly made the requested changes. Tara explained things thoroughly and had great communication. Tara went above and beyond for us and simplified the experience to assist us in the already overwhelming experience.

After having an amazing experience with Tammy we were passed over to Jaimi who was exceptional in providing a customer focussed service that was flexible and informative. Jaimi was really helpful, supportive and informative in allowing us to make decisions and finalise our contracts. We are loving our Hunter Homes experience so far and excited to work with the rest of the team to build out beautiful home.

After spending weeks looking through countless floor plans my partner and I came across the Mooring and fell in love. We have been lucky enough to be assisted by Jackie in the Huntlee Sales office who has made our first home build so easy. Nothing was to much and I had countless questions which Jackie could answer with ease.
Jackie made sure we understood every step and went above and beyond with all the information so we were comfortable with everything moving forward.

We are looking forward to building our dream family home.

The whole team I have been in contact with has been very informative with the whole process. A few hiccups were smoothed out effectively and in a timely manner, great communication. The estimate was above the actual cost so far, the team was very open and honest and suggested having extra in the colours to have some money to play around with.

Communication was our priority during the build process. Questions we had for our client liaison, Amanda, were responded to efficiently and competently. Minor misunderstandings were resolved promptly and satisfactorily. She guided us through the build and we felt comfortable that everything was being taken care of so that we didn’t have to stress on our end. Our site supervisor, Andrew, had us feel at ease during the process and that our build was the priority. The most minuscule imperfections were attended to. We believe that we have a quality build, with the cost of the build near identical to our quote. We are so happy that we chose Hunter Homes to create our dream home.

Our New Home Advisor Jackie has been absolutely amazing at Hunter Homes Huntlee . After shopping around, we decided to go with Hunter Homes for a number of reasons, one of them being the amazing service that Jackie provided to us from showing us through the Ellerton at Huntlee.
We felt at ease the whole time and Jackie had great knowledge to pass on about the home and continually in contact through phone and email I can honestly not speak highly enough of her.

When looking to choose a builder for our new home, Bec was very helpful in providing relevant details and setting realistic expectations regarding price and timing of our build. She was at all times friendly and professional in responding to our queries and her candour, product knowledge and industry experience made us feel comfortable to sign with Hunter Homes for our build.
