Instead of properly addressing my concern, I received a generic reply suggesting incorrect fit and basic advice, followed by a refusal to assist further. This felt dismissive and unhelpful. As a customer, I expect better product quality and more responsible after-sales support. This experience has made me lose confidence in the brand, and I would not recommend it to others. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to improvements in both product quality and customer service.

I have to say, since all the negative reviews were posted I received a great, frictionless service with my online return. All was completed online. Return shipping cost also covered. So keep all the original packaging and use the online portal for returns.

One of the better online shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time, particularly as I don’t have a physical store within 200km of my residence.

Good refund service – Ended up returning the shoes (not related to quality) but very pleased with service. Free delivery and also free pre-paid returns label. Shortly after I got the Australia Post email that the return had been delivered, I got the $149.95 sent to my bank account. Shoes were as described. I got my money back from PayPal and when i asked if it was possible to still purchase the sandals at the special price i was told they would get back to me, over two months passed and no-one got back to me, when i sent an email i got an AI generated response asking for my opinion on their customer service, and that was all. Save your time and money and go somewhere else where they care about their customers.

Hush puppies no longer any good – Have had Hush puppies for years and they were always good. Last pair looked good on top but soles were mega thin, not as comfortable also they just wore through in no time. No more hush puppies for me!

Don’t waste your money – Poor quality shoes ,don’t waste your money . Use to be comfortable. Just bought a pair ,of the body shoe ,feels like walking on concrete . No cushion inner sole . is showing in stock for my size but at higher price. When I responded to them of this, I was advised stock showing is not correct. I think this will be the last time I buy from them directly. I will now just buy from other retailers who stock them. No customer service at all. They should have investigated when I first sent an email instead of just sending generic response.

Selling products they don't even have in stock – Not only did the sell me a product that wasn't even in stock, they took my money then didn't tell me they'd stuffed up. I had to email them after nearly a week. If they'd been honest to start with, I would have had the option to buy a similar pair in the sale. I asked if they would at least honour the price, but they refused, even though this was their mistake.

e-commerce site. and take 7-10 days to dispatch orders according to their website. It is beyond belief that in 2024 a company of this size cannot manage e-commerce.

Hush Puppies online support is terrible – FYI I live in Melbourne but having the same experience as other posters here. No confirmation of delivery email was sent and reaching their support services is impossible. Don't waste your time or money. >:(

Terrible Customer Service – Customer service was unwilling to provide any type of help. The person I spoke with on the Hush Puppies Chat decided to copy and paste the website URL and told me to look myself. When I asked for further help they had a passive aggressive attitude. I will not be purchasing from Hush Puppies again.

few weeks later, I contacted them again. They replied saying I hadn't contacted them previously, and that I waited too long to let them know and I wasn't eligible for an exchange or refund. I needed to lodge a Credit Card chargeback to get my money back. I recommend buying the shoes, but do not use the Hush Puppies online store to buy them.

No contact/update – I just read another review regarding not being updated on an order and I’m am experiencing the same. Placed order nine days ago and have received no communication. I’m shocked at how poor this is I’d be happy if I was told I’m not getting them than to be told nothing. Order Cancellation and Delayed Refund – I bought Hush Puppies shoes online for my son. After waiting for 4-5 days, they just canceled my order without any reason. And it has been a month now, and I still haven't received the refund. Never buy from them again.

No communication – Once they have taken your money it seems all communication stops. I have not received any update on my order since placing it 6 business days ago. There was no mention on the website of any possible delays or stock issues. This would all be fine if they would just give SOME indication of when I can expect what I paid for. No response to emails. Disappointing.

The stock shows as available but in actual fact it is not. Ordered twice both times out of stock – Fix your website to reflect actual stock availability. Worst website & communication from online store!

Not fit for purpose – These Gumboots look great they are a good fit and very comfortable but both pair split between the sole and the heel very soon after purchase. advised by Myer that because I wore them everyday for one hour they lasted an appropriate amount of time being 20 weeks. Not only did Myer refuse to replace the item hush puppy was not willing to negotiate a replacement of good will. Not great service guys for an expensive product.

Gumboots not fit for purpose – For gumboots: I found the boots comfortable but they are poorly designed. The lining started to come apart straight away, which I was ok with. My main issue is that it took less than 2 months of regular use the boot separated from the sole and can no longer be worn in the wet.
