How much would a Huskylock Viking 905 currently sell for in the marketplace? It has recently been serviced and is in excellent working order with a 6 month servicing warranty in place.
I have a Husqvarna Viking Huskylock 905 (new to me). No problem threading it, but the thread stand is very wobbly and frequently falls off. I can see a hole that goes through the stand and into the machine near the second looper. Am I missing a plug or screw for this?
My right needle on my Husky 905 has been lost. Please provide me with options of where to find a supplier to buy one of these. Also I need to replace the 15 Watt light bulb. Yarrawonga Vic 3730 Thank You
Spotlight Albury (or any sewing supply shop). The Machine takes regular sewing machine needles 130/705 (System 705 /HA1) - Organ and Schmetz are best quality. Ballpoint if you are sewing stretch, otherwise universal.
i am looking for a user manual please. Any help?
I have a huskylock a few years goneby with no problems. I am now having trouble with 2nd needle on right missing being caught on double fabric. I have changed needles many times, had it in for repairs, but still not fixed, cheers robyn
How do you stop the left needle falling out
Remove both needles by loosening off the two offset clamps (marked C &D) using the tool supplied (tiny hex head screwdriver). Insert the left needle first and tighten the clamp C, then add the right needle and tighten clamp D. Left needle should sit slightly higher than the right when inserted correctly.
My right needle clamp has been lost. Please provide me with options of where to find a supplier to buy one of these. Also I need to replace the 15 Watt Bulb
I have just bought a second hand one and there is no movement when the pedal is pushed down. The light is on but that is all.
That'll probably need a sewing machine tech to resolve - did you test it when you purchased it? Possibly the foot control has failed, and needs replacement or adjustment (easy fix). Does the motor make any sound when you press the foot control? If the motor isn't making any noise, then it's most likely the foot controller - we know there's power to the machine because the light comes on, however if you can hear the motor trying to work there might be a problem with the motor, or the machine needs lubricating (on a machine this age, you again need a sewing machine tech to open it up and clean and grease, oiling the usual points probably won't be sufficient). If you are taking it to a sewing machine tech, pay to get it serviced to ensure the timing is correct and it is clean and lubricated before you get sewing.
Looking for thread adaptor/ holder for husky lock
Should the thread dtand for the Huskylock overlocker be tight?
The top loops (wire assembly) is not tight, in that it pivots on the extension pole. The extension pole should be pulled up as far as it will go before starting work and should lock into place. Not sure if this is what you mean?
Do you know how much this machine retail for please?
$900 but the model is obsolete so you will only get a second hand
