Utterly incompetent, Don't waste your time
Sent my router to the wrong address, I emailed them to check on this and was told the router was getting sent to the address I specified. Router turned up at the house I had yet to move into and cost me a 6 hour drive to go get it. ( I was told the delivery fee would be credited but best I can tell this never happened).

Everything has been working fine, the switch from ADSL has been seamless. No dropouts, or anything like that. As usual. iinet has been courteous, efficient, and excellent in all departments.
Generally excellent connection and satisfactory speed.
Connection mainly reliable. Occasional temporary dropouts usually weather related.
Few connection issues originally but solved quickly by iiNet. Turned out to be NBN's mistakes.
In the absence of fibre NBN service in our area, happy with iiNet satellite service.
Only had minimal disruption and was dealt with very professionally and quickly. At times would appreciate a little more data, but overall very happy. Would recommend iinet to my friends and collegues.
Essential in the rural situation
Been with iinet for 20 years, 5 years on satellite. Very happy with the service. Drop outs are rare. Only had to make one service call in 5 years. This was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Would recommend in the rural setting.
Excellent Customer Service
Had some issues with port forwarding and the consultant was quick to resolve the issues with a single phone call. I didnt even had to wait for hours to get the call answered
Great for where we live
The service is excellent, we have had only minimal issues with iinet that were professionally handled and fixed promptly. I would encourage any one thinking of a change to there service not to hesitate. Eight years with iinet says it all. Many thanks

The connection is good.
We had no issues since last Sunday. We had a great help from Pamela in setting the NBN box and iiNet modem. The cord we used was the wrong cord and Pamela explained that we must use the internet cord. Our son brought an internet cord and connected us to NBN.
smooth and painless
just switched to nbn satellite working within 15minuite of dish being fitted on roof friendly tech installed cleaned up after themselves overall a great experience. So far service has being smooth and no drop outs. iiNet help desk provided all the info required with no fuss.
Minimum speed and overcharged when cancelled
Because of financial issues dropped from max to 25. Basically couldn't do banking without timing out. Decided to cancel and use 5g. Gave months notice to be fair. They sent invoice for following months data. Almost impossible to get an answer. After 3 emails they still withdrew from my account.
Now I have a new bill with $100 fee no explanation just a fee. Cancelling has cost money not saved it.

Never had an issue with speed or service. They do not have access to the Plus program though so there is only so much data you can get access to.
No dropouts but lower speeds and offered lower pricing as a result. Proactive service in reducing pricing and refund
Very good service
Reliable service. Very good, available tech. Support. Problems while few always addressed promptly. Good to be able to talk with a competent technician. Cost competitive but iinet will need to keep costs down for me to retain their service.

Connection very reliable..no dropouts ..only thing that I don’t like is international roaming , very hard to contact iiNet to extend $$$ amount if needed, I had big problems while in the UAE in 2019.
Connection was fast we were up and running with in hours of installation, have had no issues with dropouts to date, we had one problem which was was resolved in minutes by a very helpful customer service lady. Could not ask for anything more
Keep charging me after two emails confirming my contract period had expired and I have changed providers
Very happy to leave. Original sales pitch forgot to mention that 190GB of the 250 plan was only suitable for marsupials. Can only use between 1.00am and 5.00 am. 60GB for a CAD design business was nowhere near enough in working hours. Hefty opt out penalty.
Touched it out to the end of the contract period.
Sent two emails confirming my switch, new provider took over with a much more suitable plan for my business. Iinet is still debiting my account with no response to my emails.

Sorry to have to leave. Never had a problem. Any queries quickly answered. Invoicing regular with no problems. Speeds usually between 25.2 and 19.6meg. Will reconnect with iInet when I return.
20 years of good service
We have over 20 years with iinet/netspace. A few teething problems with NBN to start with but service has been excellent. Most issues are dealt with very efficiently. No complaints. Would recommend
friendly easy to hear help
I spoke with an assistant who spoke well and clearly, easy to understand, he patiently walked me through my issue which was resolved on the spot. Us older users have trouble hearing, so it was a pleasure to speak with him.
