mirror. The second bedroom was fitted out with a built in - to the ten-foot ceiling height. The door to the built-in had a scratch on the inside of it. Eli wasn't happy and took it back to be replaced. He said that he will bring it back as soon as it's ready, and I believe that he will do so. I said to bring it back when he comes back for the bookcases they are fitting. The office fitted out with a custom desk with nine large shelves for folders. They also installed another shelf into my linen cupboard - the builders had only put in four, wasting precious storage space. The workmanship is PERFECT. I have nothing to complain about. The price on this job was fantastic. Impressive. The communication from the office to the fit-out has been fantastic. Eli sought me out before he placed things to make sure it was where and how I wanted it. They protected my floors, made sure nothing was damaged with the large materials being bought in, and they vacuumed and cleaned every surface before they left. I have booked Impressive to build a floor to ceiling bookcase around a window... I'm so looking forward to that being installed. I have full faith that it will be just as perfect as what has already been installed. My best advice to you: don't bother looking anywhere else - go straight to Impressive.

Very Impressive - Impressive Built-In Wardrobes – We just had Impressive install a very large Wardrobe in our office / Garage. Happy with end result – We were very happy with the final result which was high quality. Joseph and Carlos were super helpful and went out of their way to look after us.

Impressive Wardrobes did an excellent job! – Impressive Wardrobes did and excellent job installing my new wardrobe. Maurizio did was excellent throughout the measure and quote phase of the purchase. Asghar and his offsider then came on the agreed day and did a fantastic job of installation which was quite tricky in the particular room. The wardrobe looks great and functions exactly as hoped. Very happy with this transaction start to finish!

Previous reviews must be posted by Impressive themselves – I have tried to book in 4 separate appointments for a measure and quote with no success. measurements and quotes were inaccurate and many people had been complaining. Therefore another measure needed to be done. Still waiting and am finding it very difficult to take those 5 out of 5 ratings seriously.

Both good and bad = ok? – We had 3 wardrobes installed. Two simpler ones the first time, 2 weeks later the largest/harder one. it showed, shelves not level, rough edges, missing/half done gap filler, the doors being really hard to move, skirting boards not stuck back on neatly and left a mess on our front porch. He even left a drill behind.

• Communication was generally good, but the main person who answer the phone was not very nice and blamed us for getting the day wrong. The other person who called after the first install was very nice and very helpful getting the issues we had with the first installation repaired.

• I expect a custom made wardrobe to fit the space that was measured (no house is perfectly square) or at least the installers have enough material to work with to get a good fit. It's too late to be tell me the floor is not flat on the day especially after I saw the quote person measure everything, including both ends of that floor.

• [name removed] and his helper who installed the third wardrobe are very nice and polite. They took there time and it shows by how neat everything is.

• [name removed] also was tasked with fixing all our issues we had with the first two wardrobes, he had a print out of all the photos we sent and walked us through what he can do to fix it. He filled all the gaps, straighten the shelves and replace the one that had chunks taken out of the edge.

I and 50/50 on recommending them as we are happy with the end result but there were unnecessary bumps along the way. I hope [name removed] gets more work and they hire more installers like him. I feel there are a few average employees letting the rest of the team down.

Worst service I have ever encountered – What should of been 1 days installation turned into months of the installers coming back and forth to fix issues that should not of happened at all. I noticed the drawers that I ordered where wrong. The tradie started to talk to me disrespectfully, like I had no idea of what I was talking about.

The same tradie then ripped out the wall where the previous wardrobe was. Left dents all over my apartment walls and left half way through removing the old wardrobe.

Day 2, two weeks later, same guy, was cutting the metal bars for hanging the clothes, inside my apartment. Sparks were flying everywhere. Again spoke to me disrespectfully. It was like, “you are a woman, you don’t know what you are talking about”.

Day 3, 2 weeks after that, another tradie came. Wardrobe doors didn’t fit. Had to reorder.

Wrong size shelves. Had to reorder again.

Day 4, 3 weeks later. Again wrong size.

Meanwhile, the workmanship was atrocious. There were bits of wood nailed down to keep the cupboard upright on top of the cupboard. The guy thought that I would not climb a ladder to have a look, was hoping I would not see it.

There was no side fillers either. They had left major gaps behind the wall. I could go on and on.

The heartache and stress this whole story caused me, can not be compensated with any amount of money.

At the end when they eventually fixed up every mistake they had made, I had to scrub every cupboard door and every shelf 5 times over because there was white chalky residue on everything and I couldn’t get it off.

I was also messed around with appointments for installations. They kept cancelling, or not showing up. The list of why I would not recommend this company is endless.

The only good thing to come out of it was they finally finished the job. And they gave me a $200 discount.

Is it worth it???

No. Not for me...

So far so good – Rohan from this company was absolutely amazing. I could only deal with him in the afternoons after my work time however he met all my needs. I was slightly difficult at times, changing things here in there, however, he was more than accommodative. Five stars for this bloke

Great company to deal with – Great service from the very start. The salesman Chen was very professional and came up with the perfect design. Ali and Ashraf installed the wall to wall wardrobe in our daughters bedroom (with sliding mirror doors). We were very impressed with their attention to detail and hard work. the design is perfect.
