This also allowed us to achieve a bespoke design completely customised to our family. Post completion, Inform have been very attentive. Our project manager Cam was great to deal with, ensured everyone (trades) remained on good terms with our neighbors and was very focused on getting everything just right. Building with Inform and their associated architect/trades has been a great experience and we are very happy with the home they have built for us.

design and planning process. The team were extremely supportive and listened, responded and ensured I had all the information I needed to make decisions. Through the build process my site manager Ben was amazing. He kept me up to date at all times, solved issues without pulling me into them. I never felt stressed or worried about any of the build process, as trusted him and there were no surprises or unforeseen costs.

Once I moved in, Adrian and the team have been amazing in post support, always quick to respond and solve any problems. I highly recommend the team at Inform. new home and today I discovered myself telling someone that I couldn't be happier than where I am and with our new home. So time to tell others!. Everyone we worked with had a sincerity, honesty and integrity. We were given very good guidance through the planning process and another couple of issues , the build was smooth and almost not one day occurred without something happening on site. The quality of workmanship was high. Contractors told us how impressed they were with Inform and how they could take pride in their work because Inform valued them and their skills.. The build came in at the cost expected and almost 3 months early. Some small issues were dealt with promptly. We are now delighting in the beautiful light that has been captured, the unexpected views from windows which we hadn't even really expected, from lovely spots where you glance through a hallway into another room or catch an outside glimpse, mirrors behind a kitchen countertop which reflect what will be my magnificent garden, ( still a work in progress). We would absolutely recommend Inform and thank them very much for what was actually a very enjoyable process and for our delightful new home.
