some of the banks, our borrowing power was way higher (almost 200k more!) than we initially thought. Brendan went above and beyond at every step of our home-buying journey. Not only did he help us secure a great loan, he helped us correctly value the property before making an offer and then gave us advice when it looked like we might be entering a bidding war. That advice worked and we got our dream place at a great price! Brendan is reassuring, professional and knowledgeable about what he does. Isaac, the Client Service Manager at Inovayt was also fabulous. He made sure we were organised and knew what was going on before settlement. Isaac is incredibly on top of things - this was great because it took a lot of the administrative load off of us. If you're looking for a broker, I couldn't recommend Brendan and Inovayt more. They make the whole process feel easy.
