Very speedy service. The physicians I dealt with were professional, thorough and came across as quite empathetic compared to many of the medical professionals that I have dealt with in the past. Would recommend.

quick service compared to waiting days for a free appointment. If you're incapacitated in some way there's big benefits in phone consultations, made even better if your small local pharmacy does deliveries. Overall, a great quick handy service. Just a bit stiff on pensioners.

I have used this app many times and love that I can get a script or medical certificate in no time without having to make a physical appointment. First experience asking for a referral was okay. Called to get the results and was hung up on. Had to call the 1300 number to get the $45 refunded As I only had $20 in my bank account. All of the one star reviews were unfortunately confirmed my own experience. They asked me about the purpose of my consult, then stopped me from replying after about two sentences. Clearly wanted to make it as short a conversation as possible. I was asking for something very straightforward, got it, but the GP was stern and expressionless. Would have had more chance of humanity from a brick wall.

I had a poor experience. It is not right to treat people like livestock. OK). When I contacted them to complain, the response was that since it is about the practitioner, we have forwarded your email to them. Obviously, a GP who is the subject of my complaint won't respond to my complaint.

First time I used Instant Consult (on a long weekend) and I am impressed. It took less than 2 minutes before I was speaking to a doctor and I had my script filled less than 30 minutes after that. Highly recommend.

Really good service. Most often I cannot get an appointment with my own GP for over a week so I go to Instant Consult and am able to be seen by a doctor on the day.

Fantastic service I didn’t have to wait long. Paying $45 is more affordable than the $95 I usually pay to see my family GP. I was given a referral for blood test. I found it hard to find information about who the results of the blood test would you go to me or my family GP. Instant consult are hard to contact. I had a very satisfying ex experience with Dr Chris explaining my condition in great detail and warning me about the dangers of antibiotics misuse. It felt as Dr Chris had been my doctor for decades. Certainly will be using them again if the need arises

I have always had positive experiences with Instant Consult, minimal wait time and Doctors have been professional and caring asking relevant questions each time. Excellent value for money and so very convenient when not well enough to travel to G.P. clinic.

I’ve called them numerous times and the GPs are always top notch, tuned in and very helpful. They offer excellent advice and respond with the script or occasional sick leave document that I need. They have a high level of expertise and I really appreciate this online service.

specialist so needed to change the details on the referral. Emailed instant consult and they responded same day and offered to change it to a different specialist without charge. Was done promptly and was very helpful without having to book another appointment.

We are on holidays from South Australia and i needed a antibiotic to clear up a remaining chest infection. I was extremely impressed with the service given by instant consult.

This is a wonderful service short of a script a short wait, I had sent a pic of what I needed as my daughters script had run out. Sent to my in box within 5 minutes.

Instant Consult was very convenient and efficient in getting the help I needed when I was in a pinch for time. The doctors are always very thorough and patient-orientated. The format of the app is always easy to navigate.

Had to ring as my husband developed laryngitis and we could not get appointment in our country town and as he is due for surgery in another week, received antibiotic script in case he got worse. Great service will use again.

I suffer migraine headaches and sometimes I can't get to my regular Doctor often enough to keep up with the prescription. Instant Consult is a life saver. Anyone who experiences migraines understands the stress increase when the medication runs out. Instant Consulat has totally fixed this problem. Awesome app. I can speak to a doctor and get a script within a few minutes without having to leave the house. I love that I can upload photos of an infection or whatever, so that the doctor can clearly see what we’re dealing with. Fast, friendly and efficient service.

Took my money, couldn't even help me out with an acute issue they had no interest in helping. Phone call went about 20 seconds or less and offered no help or guidance. That wouldn't be an issue, but they refused to refund money; adding insult to injury. They are by a long margin the worst telehealth practitioners I've ever come across. Avoid

Easy to book via app with real-time tracking of availability and progress towards consult call. GP was attentive and thorough, maybe more so than regular GP. Nothing left desired over video call compared to face to face.
