Way too difficult claims process – After a recent cruise I tried to make a small claim for medical expenses incurred onboard the ship for my wife. I couldn’t complete the online claim because it would not allow me to proceed past a certain point without flight numbers, despite the fact that there were no flights involved. Very basic – I have used Insure and Go a few times in the past. Post Covid I find the basic policy exactly that .. no cover for Covid at all. I guess it is good value if that's all you want .. basic. Show details

I have taken quite a number of bare essential domestic cruise policies and to date one international gold policy. I have been fortunate that I never needed to claim but I have every confidence that should that happen it will be an easy straightforward process without complications. A very good value for money insurance policy – I find the 3 categories suit every aspect of travelling. I chose bare essentials for my next domestic holiday because there were a lot of things in the other 2 categories I didn't need. Who you talk to makes all the difference – I was unable to open my saved link online the first operator i spoke to pretty much said too bad do it again which i did ... all the way to the end "error" called back and got a lovely young man who took all my details over the phone and it was paid for there & then. Always go to InsureandGo for travel insurance – Easy to understand options and level of coverage. Have used InsurandGo many times, domestic and international coverage. Have made 2 claims that were eventually completed. The international claim was within 2 months of the claim submitted. Easy claiming process – Took our travel insurance for a domestic trip interstate. We contracted covid before travel so had to delay travel. We needed to claim back the amount we lost for accomodation which was the first night. Completed claim online and this was processed and approved in a short time frame.
