later my ECU failed and my transmission specialist sent the quote in and integrity paid $1,250 towards the replacement of the ECU. On Thursday 6/3/2025 my clutch failed. My transmission specialist sent in the quote. The quote came to $4,200 to replace the flywheel and clutch kit. Integrity paid $3,000 of the $4,200 of the quote and all I paid was $1,200. They also contributed to my car hire while I did not have a car. I paid $1,600 for a 3 year plan C warranty. Both my mechanic and transmission specialist said they were so easy to deal with and they paid the invoices on time. I have found that every one I have dealt with have been kind, professional and explained to me everything I need to do to get through the process. Some third party warranty companies are not worth the paper they are printed on but not Integrity Extended Warranty.
We had a claim on a failed A/C compressor in a 2019 discovery, a new compressor was fitted at our nearest landrover dealer, in short we where compensated within a couple of hundred dollars of the total cost of the repair. parts: for example, a coil pack failure on a modern European car was quoted with replacement parts from Supercheap Auto with a $350 difference. - Used starter motor offered: at just 38,000 km, Integrity approved only a second-hand starter motor instead of a new OEM or quality equivalent. I sourced a new Bosch starter at my own cost. - Consistent disputes: every claim has required escalation or challenge. I have now lodged three claims and had three disputes — a 100% strike rate of poor outcomes.
For a product that is not cheap, this warranty is riddled with pitfalls. The term “extended warranty” is, in my view, somewhat misleading. In one of the cases I had to get the dealer to verify in writing the item would have fallen to manufacturers warranty before Integrity would agree to pay. The coverage is discretionary, approvals are restrictive, and the insistence on used or non-genuine parts undermines the value of owning and maintaining a modern car.
My advice: check the terms very carefully before purchasing. What looks like protection and certainty can easily turn into frustration, unexpected expense, and constant dispute.. let alone any peace of mind.

name from Integrity to EDS Extended Dealer Service, to dodge legal complaints and other authority complaints. They twist policy wording to trick customers who don’t know cars, ignore confirmed mechanical faults, and give inconsistent, false explanations. Their staff don’t seem to know what they’re doing and invent ridiculous excuses to avoid paying, causing huge financial stress, mental strain, and wasting your time.
They left my car off-road for weeks, ignored formal requests, and blatantly failed to comply with their own terms. This company exploits loopholes to rip people off and avoid accountability. Don’t get caught in their traps. They must comply with their own terms and provide fair outcomes. Mark my words i will not allow this company to harass or take advantage of customers, and I am prepared to pursue all available legal avenues if necessary.

replaced. I took the car to DEALER manufactured (K). Was advised car was in perfect condition and that grinding noise I hear was just wear and tear on car for its age. I also pointed out Engine mount from what Auto master pointed out in video.
The dealer knew car was under warranty with INTERGRITY but did not offer to fix it.
Driving car, I knew it did not sound right took it back to Auto Master where they focused on the engine I called INTERGRITY spoke to Kate D she gave guidance of what needs to be done. Auto Master sent quote for repair the amount to INTEGRITY, in turn INTEGRITY called me directly said they will approve the repair 4 days turn around. My Car now drives like a dream. I also had a flat battery need roadside assist good and quick response and service at 4am I am a happy customer INTEGRITY dealt with a Professional Service and responsive service by Vic Branch value for money on what I have paid.
Follow-up · Can not fault integrity from start to finish repair to car was completed in time and drives like a dream now ... I would recommend integrity. Since I have had this car since May 2025 I have had to utilise integrity twice now Flat battery call out recent car repair.

replace it with genuine. My main frustration stemmed from the fact that my total claim was just under 25% of my overall claim limit of $2,000, yet the company initially refused to cover the genuine part, offering instead to pay only for the aftermarket version and suggesting I cover the difference.
In my view, how a company handles complaints is a true measure of its customer service. I have updated my rating because the complaints team exceeded my expectations. They listened, showed no bias, and despite not being obligated to, they approved an increase in my claim to fully cover the cost of the genuine part. That is a clear example of excellent customer service and deserves recognition.

Don't go near this warranty provider. They will take your money but are always on the lookout for reasons to deny your claim. They even went as far as (in our case) renaming a part in order to deny our claim. Their claims 'handler' tried to get us to admit driving our car with a warning light on (another reason to deny a claim). Their internal… Read more
