Felicity was fantastic at organizing all the behind the scenes paperwork with council, trades etc, as well as assisting with anything relating to design choices we were not sure of. Felicity was always incredibly patient when our ideas (quite often) ran away from our reality and was great at keeping us on budget! Everything just tended to happen for us as Felicity just went about sorting it for us, while allowing us to have great input through the whole process. Both Dean and Felicity have a really great eye for detail, which was so important to us as they managed our build whilst we were interstate. We greatly appreciated Felicity's help with our indecisiveness at times; she has a great eye for colour palettes, layout and design.
