Good service, no problems
The only reason for leaving Internode was that I no longer need more than 10GB per month and a cheaper option was not available there. Modem provided only just outlasted the warranty period though
NBN And Internode Staff
NBN sometimes is slow and drops out occasionally. I have been with Internode for about 15 years in 2 different states and have no issues with their service. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
Excellent support from Internode
I have been with Internode both at home and at work for many years and have had very few issues. The service Internode offers is excellent.
I particularly appreciate that you can ring tech support (just one selection menu!) and get straight onto someone in Adelaide who knows what they are talking about and that I can actually understand. Everyone I have ever dealt with in tech support has been friendly, patient and so helpful.
I highly recommend Internode to anyone looking for a competent Australian service provider.
customer focus Internode
I have been a customer of Internode for over 10 years both in ADSL days and more lately as an NBN user. Whenever I have encountered problems/issues I have found their technical support personnel very very helpful and on occasion have had issues resolved immediately ie with the phone call getting directly through and if a delay they call back without fail.
Been using Internode for 5 years
Internode was the only people who managed initially to get us connected to ADSL in the old days and then to NBN as it became available, we have had the odd bug but was to date able to be resolved over the phone with them. They have been understanding when needed due to family issues and late bills, so on a whole a nine out of ten the only issue is they did not upgrade our account for so long we were paying for a lesser service when we could have had a better service for the same money
Connection is not as good as I expected.
I was promised a faster broadband connection with the NBN, but after connection, and an ex Telstra broadband employee had reviewed my connection, i was informed that my fibre to the node and the length of the copper to the household, throttled my speed to that of ADSL2 and I cannot expect faster speeds.
Very reliable service, never any problems
Council tree cutters severed the phone cable and Internode Support were so good they suspected the problem without knowing. If I have ever had to call Support they are simply fantastic.
Internode has always been a great provider both with ADSL and NBN
Since commencing with Internode seven years ago (recommended by a friend) I have been completely satisfied with the service. The tech team personnel are always very knowledgeable and patient when explaining things to me whenever I have encountered a problem. I am not very 'computer savvy' and they will talk me through whatever the difficulty is. They are easy to understand.
Can’t live without it
The speed is perfect for me on bronze much better than ADSL. Unfortunately I have had some issues with drop outs. Most problems occur in wet weather because of the old copper lines. Internode monitor the problem and always fix it quickly. Service is excellent

My computers have been connected to Internode for many years - through ADSL and now NBN.
I had very few problems with ADSL connection and, to date, have had none with the NBN connection.
Recently I was comprehensively hacked and wanted to reconfigure my Modem on the off chance that the Modem had also been compromised.
I contacted Internode and was professionally, courteously and kindly walked through all the necessary changes - including reconfiguring VOIP.
Being a bit of a "Duffer" when it comes to computers, I totally appreciated the calm, slow & patient way my issue was dealt with (and conquered) by both Joshua and Ashwin.
A thousand thanks go to these gentlemen.
I wholeheartedly recommend Internode to all Computer 'Duffers' (like me!) and (to save Internode staff sanity) to all Computer "Nerds" and all other users in between.
Reliable NBN with a great business model
This was our first NBN account. We live in a new estate, and this was one of the companies recommended. I was initially apprehensive about their business model - no physical stores? But it is SO easy to deal with them. I just call, they listen, and set me up. Tech is mailed to me, and I get frequent updates thru text or email. Their product is competitively priced, and reliable. I work from home once a week, and never had an issue.
Does everything I need.
Internode Bronze is the answer to my NBN requirements. I am a regular internet user that does everyday on-line activities like browsing, email and skype. I am not an on-line gamer. I've the odd drop-out but they were related to 'NBN node pillar' hardware problems. Internode was able to promptly facilitate the correct remedial action on my behalf with NBN.
Extra speed and extra download at a very reasonable pricepoint
I've been with Internode for a long time and I've always found them responsive, capable and easy to deal with. Service is usually very good.
Since moving to the NBN, I've experienced many dropouts. I'm pretty sure this is due to NBN equipment. The cable modem NBN Co. supply appears to be very touch about the power supply which is a problem in an old house.
For me, Internode NBN is very good value.
I have not had one issue relating to dropouts, speeds, reliability, data allowance or support.
Transitioning from the old ADSL to the NBN was seamless and easy.
I'm particularly pleased with the pricing model, because I don't need a lot of GB.

Totally reliable. Help line if you need it with experienced people who have a good command of the English Language. Internode arranged a flawless NBN connection even when I stuffed up the Modem connection
Works well for me. Hopefully the internet doesn’t have problems as my landline relies on it 75% of the time.
We had a recent loss of connection as the nbn in our area was being worked on. No reason was given or prior notice given. My husband relies on the landline.
Can anything be done about things like this occurring again.
Not quite what I was expecting.
No hassles ,or dropouts but not really that much better than ADSL in my opinion. I was expecting a lot faster connection service but there you go.
Maybe it might improve in time but currently I can see no difference.
Essential for home phone connection, superior Service Provider.
Many of my family members are customers and would not go with anyone else. Extremely great service, the technicians are fantastic. An Australian company with call staff that speak real English.
Internode Has been good service provider nice staff. They fix the technical problems within within the timeframe that always helpful and that’s best value for money and the NBN had no problem with it yet will highly recommend in internode anyone and to families and friends
Watch Netflix while grandkids use the internet on there tablets, no buffering even on bronze, the slowest speed
Been with internode many years, hardly any issues but what issues I did have were fixed on the same day. Back up service is second to none, technicians are easy to understand
