Loads of dropouts, even within a single hour, poor customer service. It's been years of stress with this group, completely unreliable. I'd give half a star if that were possible. Show details

FTTN to FTTP internet – Shifted to iprimis FTTN connection initially and request for a free upgrade to FTTP connection, within 2days technicians arrived and complete the installation work in 2hrs. Can’t be more happy to have a fast internet connection. Show details

WOW JUST WOW SUPERFAST – We were on the 100 speed before but struggled to get over 30 most times but we got direct to premises 200 nbn but our speed is getting close to 300mpbs I had to download a 3.5th file for a project last time took over a hour which not bad but took 2 min to get the 3.5gb at 26mpbs speed Even phone calls through voip is clearer no background noise Show details ·  1

 Follow-up  · I am extremely happy with iPrimus all my dealings have dealt with promptly and professionally, their backup support team are excellent, I am so happy with this service, I stayed with them when I upgraded my service on the nbn. I would recommend them to all my friends.

I am spacing with all sincerity when I say this was by far the best sign up process I have ever done it was simple easy stress free and I would recommend this to anybody looking for an internet provider with decent rates and it's actually very fast internet as they promised it would be. Show details

Started off very well, technical hitch for 3 days, finally resolved and now all is good! – Sales person was excellent, got all the personal information quickly and accurately. The modem arrived quickly as promised - unfortunately there was a problem with the "modem having issues authenticating the opticom network" which lasted for 3 days. Finally resolved by brilliant woman at technical support who talked me through many and various tests very patiently. Now have fast and seemingly reliable internet.

They were good years ago, horrible now, outage over 24 hours, tried to contact them, not available when we did like it was my fault, awful service and expensive for what you get, they went from sending a bill to direct debit..no choice given Show details

Total rubbish, waiting on phone forever, no filter for spam, changing payment dates, no consult with customer, once sorted, send email, “ your account in arrears” do they know how to run a company, plenty other internet companies manage…. See you later iprimus Show details

What a joke, no staff on phones, charge you extra whenever you feel like it. logging a complaint with ACCC and looking for new supplier. If you want to know how to destroy a company, just follow their example. Show details

Upgraded to the higher speed some months ago without a premium increase. I had to upgrade the modem and was given a 50% discount on the cost. Could not be happier. I have been with iPrimus for over 25 years, always found their customer service and technical support to be sound. Show details

I received my new router but I had no internet connection , so after a call to the technician & 5min later I had everything working again thanks to Ann who stayed on the line until she made sure that my lap top connected to the net & was working properly . iPrimus steal connections from other people – My new neighbour signed up with iPrimus and they incorrectly connected him to my NBN port and are now refusing to fix it despite being contacted by both of us multiple times. Additionally, he has been paying for premium speeds but is getting subpar service and constant drop outs. Show details

please stay away from the crap – the internet provide super crap, after few year internet speed go up and down . I will designed switch to Telstra, and their team ( all Indian out source) told me, please don't change provider because they will use the same line , the same crap ( how do you thing ) and they was cut off my internet 1 day before the due day, so we do business online we loose a lot of money on that day . that what I get after 4-5 years doing client with iPrimus Show details

requirement. She tried hard but she was only able to tell me what she's been told to say and was unable to put me through to any one else. Clearly poorly trained (and no doubt underpaid) and having to deal with an incompetent system.

waiting on hold, only to have someone finally pick up the call and remain silent on the other end. Despite hearing background noise, there was no attempt from their end to address my concerns or assist me.

It's evident that iPrimus has declined in quality since I was last with them, and I can't help but attribute it to their decision to move their call centre overseas. The level of service provided now is simply unacceptable.

Based on this experience, I'm seriously considering switching to a different internet service provider. It's unfortunate that iPrimus has failed to meet my expectations, especially considering my previous positive experiences with them.
