to billing fully in advance so you can't just disconnect as you'll need to speak with them about it AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU MONEY YOU PAY IN ADVANCE!!!!!. You can only disconnect on the day their billing cycle ends which is criminal! At the same time they also switched platforms and no longer send monthly bills to users.. so unless you're checking your bank statements like a hawk you won't see their sneaky fee increases. Service was ok in terms of speed but the modem was poor and needed a wifi extender through the house, one caveat - I am a very light user. Ultimately found same speed elsewhere for 1/3 cheaper with a free modem. Look around you'll find better than this mob.

pay when it suits me best financially. (You would think that giving customers flexibility about when they pay their bills between issue and due date, would reduce the risk of missing a payment.) My inquiry on this issue was met with a "this is all we have; we can't help you." Secondly, the change between post-to-prepaid was terribly executed. The website where I went to view and pay my bills was left live (and is STILL live), and bills now come from a completely different part of the website with a whole new account and passwords. So now I don't get my bills via email anymore, and didn't see one on my old account. On top of this, most customers were charged a weird gap fee of roughly 50% extra for June (pic 1) Also concerningly, when looking at my billing history on both account sites, the same invoice numbers show DIFFERENT charges (Pic 1 is old site). Feels pretty dodgy. Thirdly, the monthly charges have been either inexplicably fluctuating or increasing (pic 1). I leave $74 in my bank account (pic 3), but this month, without reason or warning, the charge was an extra $3 (pic 2) and I have an overdue bill because I left only what I was expecting to pay in my bank account. I don't want iprimus being able to take increasing amounts out of my bank account without explanation. Sure $3 isn't much, but when it follows a pattern of inconsistent charges, it would add up if I am complacent. Lastly, trying to get through to them is a nightmare. I've heard accounts of people waiting up to 8 hours. However, I'm willing to run that gauntlet on Monday and leave this company. They have gotten enough of my money. Switching to Spintel.

Forced DIRECT DEBIT - NOT for me! – First it was "you can no longer pay with Bpay" so I changed to a Debit Card. Merely TWO MONTHS LATER they tell me "you can ONLY PAY WITH DIRECT DEBIT" I have had a very bad experience with Direct Debit where money kept on being taken out of my account even though I had cancelled a subscription, and so it is going to be "bye bye iPrimus" as soon as I have found an ISP who respects my right to choose how I pay my bills! However, when in the junk box I 'un mark' the emails as junk (as instructed to do), hit 'block sender' and 're mark' the emails as junk.
But the junk emails I have apparently blocked just keep 'a cummin' back (and back).
I think with the fees I pay iPrimus could do a lot better with blocking emails that I have apparently blocked and re-blocked and re-blocked.

NBN is perfect fir us – Accurate facts about NBN (according from my personal perspective) is that NBN works just fine - when there is no outage. If & when there has been an outage - its very very difficult to make contact with anyone from wither NBN or even my provider - However, this time it was a case of my modem requiring a reset. now our internet is SLOW! Streaming anything results in constant buffering. Pages take forever to load. May as well be on dial up at this point! This is the absolute WORST company to go through! I would 1000/10 NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone! With any luck we will be changing providers once our plan runs out! Hell I'm considering just paying off the contract and switching now! Their customer support is awful as well! Very condescending and patronizing! Borderline laugh at you as they if you've "tried resetting the modem or replacing cables". Yes we have.
