Have a new IQU Smart Easy Q50 phone. The sim card from my old phone does not operate with this new phone.
I bought one for my husband and it doesn’t except his SIM card very frustrating
What is required for SIM and memory size
I have purchased the Q50 and I am having trouble when I ring anybody it states on the screen it is dialing but there is no sound to indicate it is .
I cannot help, take it to your retailer or find someone who is computer savvy

Hi I have brought your IQU Smart Easy Q50 it is brand new no previous owner .During set up I must have hit Factory reset as it was in another language . The phone is now asking for a pin which I hadn’t set up and if I put in the google email it verifys then says it wants the previous email which I hadn’t set up yet I now have a useless phn it’s been 2 weeks .Can’t even get to setting nothing

Go to settings, then sounds, then chose your ringtone.
How do I turn caller id on. It's no good if your elderly person is trying to call you and it comes up as private caller.
