Verifiedare there service mechanics traind to reapaire faults in chair freezes
From what I can tell this company likely closed its doors and stopped trading, likely opening shop as another company. It's no surprise to me that you see the same chair being sold by a different company every few years with the companies disappearing off of the web. This way they don't have to honour warranty. The solar pannel industry was doing this for a while before they were regulated. It's a form of scam. As for follow up repairs, who knows. It sounds expensive to me a d that's the job of the company, I am not spending $7,000 on a chair and then paying for the myriad of faults at a premium to repair. I would recommend not buying any of these chairs from any of the companies. They know there's a high chance something will go wrong and they are dodgy about the sale.
hi im looking for the is world 7000 and a repairer thx
i have the is world 7000 but cant find it anywhere,it needs repairs but i have no idea who to call
I have an i space, it came to me faulty. The foot piece squeezes your foot so hard, it's actually caused some injuries. When I went to get the problem fixed under warranty I found the company had closed down. They no longer exist. Which is a shame, I have nowhere to return my faulty product and no way to fix it. Sorry mate, you've been sold a dodgy product and the company cut and did a dodgy. Most likely trading under a different name to avoid warranty issues.
How much?
I paid $6,120 with free delivery to Canberra + 480 for 3 year extended warranty = $6,600
I was also very tempted to buy an Inada brand (Japanese) chair for the same price - they are based at Artarmon and are worth while trying out
How much is this Chair?
Hi
This chair was 6.5k
I paid $6,600 with 3 years warranty and delivery to Canberra.
How the hell do I get my chair fixed? Broke down after two months, been waiting three months again it fixed nothing more than excuses.
