Terrible!! Spent $1800 on a lovely timber dining table… First attempt at delivering the table, the table top screw holes for the legs were in the wrong spots so the legs wouldn’t attach. scratches in the middle. Fourth attempt, offered $200 refund (declined, doesn’t cover the repair cost). Fifth attempt, offered a full refund for returning the table (so basically James Lane clearly have no confidence they can actually supply a correct undamaged table). Lovely looking furniture and salesman in the store BUT it doesn’t result in James Lane actually providing what you pay for !!

The guys at James Lane Campbelltown are exceptional, especially Esperanza, the best furniture store in Sydney for product & customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for great value for money & amazing customer service. Show details ·  1

I can not say enough about Esperanza. She went above & beyond to find me my new lounge for my new home. The matching ottoman had been discontinued. She rang/emailed whoever she could to find it. My daughter and I were served by Esperanza at Campbelltown store on Sunday. She is an absolute pleasure to chat with and very professional. It was nice to enter a store where the people are not only professional but friendly with a great sense of humour . Amazing service – I went into JL and got served by Simone, the service was so amazing! Love her knowledge and honesty..me and my family felt so comfortable talking to her about our concerns and about our new house style, Simone took her time to explain warranty and information about the couches and the wood care etc.I wouldn't recommend anywhere else to shop for your furniture!!! a very narrow living space and he helped us come up with a lounge configuration to suit our needs perfectly. We found our perfect lounge and are so excited for it to arrive. Hands down the most comfortable lounge either of us have sat on.
