garage and we would assemble the table but it was not clearly communicated upon purchase that they had to assemble the table otherwise the warranty would be voided. In between this time we accommodated having 2 temporary steps built to allow entry from the front rather than garage, paid the re-delivery fee, sent photos of the front entry and house to head office, took time off work to accept the delivery only to be told again once the delivery drivers arrived due to wet weather they were unable to safely deliver the table and we would need to re-schedule and pay again. I wish more due diligence and communication was done between head office and the delivery drivers especially upon the second time with us sending photos and the drivers already visiting to see the first time. We’ve had countless deliveries of heavier and bigger items of furniture and appliances from other companies with no issues and have since bought a similar concrete table that’s bigger elsewhere with zero issues in regards to delivery and warranty. Re-delivery a third time is an absolute no go with no guarantee that another issue would arise and we would need to bear the cost to accommodate for the third or even a fourth delivery attempt. This made us extremely nervous and we just decided to request a refund and forgo the approx $300 we paid so far for the deliveries. The only discount we received was just $15 off the second delivery which definitely did not compensate for the stress, cost, time, manual labour building temporary steps and effort we put in just accommodating for the delivery of this table. Just was not worth the hassle, emails or phone calls. Really disappointed with the whole process and while I respect the safety of the drivers, I’ve had zero issues with countless deliveries from other businesses so just was flabbergasted with all the issues we had with James Lane. Really disappointing outcome and experience with the delivery process especially considering how stunning the table is.

Very poor Quality. Disappointed!! – Recently bought King Bed from James Lane. Customer Service was great, But Product What a disappointment. Pathetic King Size Bed – I am very much unsatisfied with the quality of the King Size Bed we recently purchased from James Lane. from one side to another and the same when I turn from one side to another. They have only provided 3 small stands just in between to make it stable which is not enough at all. I regret my decision and would never ever purchase anything from James Lane.

Fantastic Service Still Exists – We were out, having a browse, looking at what’s nice on the market. Kristy, Store Manager, greet my partner and I as we entered. She enquired on what we were looking for. She then showed us everything she thought would meet our needs. As we are moving to Brisbane, she explained that we could choose and purchase here in Sydney, but have it delivered to our house in Brisbane

Croft Range – We highly recommend the Marsden Park store. Nitika was our sales assistant and we couldn’t have asked for a more helpful, friendly, knowledgeable person. She went above and beyond. It was actually her service that sealed the deal. We purchased the Croft range in the dining and bedroom range. Absolutely beautiful pieces of furniture! I’ve never slept better – I recently purchased the art and science gold plus firm support mattress with mode base and Ariana bed head and since the first night I have never had a better nights sleep being a large gent I was recommended by the store manager to get the firm mattress I have to admit I was sceptical but she was totally right my back has pained me for years… Read more ·  1

when getting up in the morning and since I’ve had this bed I’ve not had one ache or pain when I wake up the manager who serve me was extremely knowledgeable about the products and knew exactly what to recommend and was most helpful with every step of the process the delivery drivers were also extremely friendly and helpful overall I couldn’t be happier with my James lane experience 10 out of 10

Sale with a smile – Kate was friendly and approached with covid guidelines. She made us feel comfortable and was able to show us options that matched what we needed. Marsden Park Store – Very easy to navigate the store. It is large and not cramped spacious. Both sales assistants working on Sunday 28th March at Marsden Park store were helpful.
