We have brought James Lane furniture in the past, dining table, entertainment unit, 5 seater lounge and side tables. This time we purchased a double bed, floor rug, entry table and bedside tables. contact the warehouse but never got back to us. We were told we would need to fill in a warranty to get them posted. In an email I was asked if I checked inside the draw which I thought was disrespectful as that is where the legs and instructions are kept. I got an email from [Name Removed] saying that she would have them posted out. 20 days later I called to follow up. I still don't have the screws and can't buy them through Bunnings which I don't feel I should have to. People have apologised but no real understanding of the frustrating process I have had to go through to put my furniture together. It appears everyone is great at the sales but not the after sale service. I also don't know why you wouldn't have spare parts in the store for occasions like this. Let's hope the screws arrive on Friday nearly 1 month after the furniture arrived!! You have lost a loyal customer!!

Professional service and prompt delivery – The service in store from Mihaela was outstanding. Friendly, suggestive and professional but not pushy at all. My order was negotiated, placed and delivered very quickly. The delivery guys (David & Moey) arrived promptly and they were efficient and professional in their delivery and set up of my table. Buying a Dinning table with chaires – I have made my first purchase in James Lane in the MacGregor Store, the staffs in the store are so helpful and patient in answering our questions, they support us to doing mix and match on the furniture items to see the result and thanks Mila who was really very helpful staff in the store! Great Customer Service – Great customer service from the Mcgreggor store! Mihaela was amazing, assisting me with moving modular around to visualise how the Amelia lounge suite would look in my size space. She wasnt pushy or persistant on purchase and allowed me time to view. I purchased the Amelia the following day. The delivery guys were also great.. One looked like Tyreece Gibson lol. Terrible delivery service – I have had a terrible delivery service experience with James lane recently where driver was asking for tip from me to take lounge to second store which was mentioned when I purchased the lounge. All through she was very pleasant and patient, but the thing that really amazed me was this: We had decided on a lovely set and came home but when we told the children the colour of the lounge suite, they were totally against it. Since it was a high-end purchase, we wanted them to enjoy the purchase too. So, we went back to Cathryn. Here, I was impressed by her patience and her desire to make her customers, even the little ones, happy with their purchase. She discussed various options which could enhance the colour of the sofa. She even bought out a blanket and spread it in front of the sofa set to show them how it looked with a white and neat rug in front of it. This convinced the children and very happily the deal was done. The result was, we got the lounge suite of our choice, and the children were happy too, all due to Cathryn’s patience and her creativity. Cathryn is truly an asset and anyone can shop with her with confidence.

Cath at McGregor – I went in to set up my new apartment and Cath was incredible. Her knowledge of the stock and design ideas were brilliant. It made my shopping experience an absolute pleasure.
