Great experience and furniture – Gina was fantastic to deal with. We’ve just moved to the Gold Coast from New Zealand and needed a full apartment set of furniture. Both Gina and Helen were both very helpful with organising delivery times, and making sure we got the best possible deal. Wait time not as told – Place ordered paid deposit. Told 3 weeks and would be here, 6 weeks later still waiting and told today they would be another week, bit hard to cancel order when you already have half of the bedroom suite. Yet on there website saying dispatched in 4/7 days. Show details

x2 faults - poor service – Received x2 lounges worth over 3K - one of the cushions was missing a cushion cover and one of the lounges had a pedestal that was faulty. Currently the lounge is leaning (wobbly) on cardboard and James lane are unable to fix the issue for 6 weeks. No small store credit or refund was offered, only an apology and sent me on my way. purchasing anything else from this store. I would expect this service for a cheap lounge, but to outlay this much money and receive such poor service in return is disgusting.

Keep changing expected arrival date with no notification – We ordered the Hamadou coffee table in white wash on 21 February 2021 and told that the delivery date would be 31 March which we were happy to wait for and paid a deposit ,when I called to find out if we could come and collect,I was then told end April ,today 22 April I went into the Robina branch to find out if we can collect next week and was… Read more

told delivery is NOW end June!!! Seriously why advertise and take deposits if you don’t even know when a product/item will be in stock.Also no communication from the staff letting me know about any delays, I made all the enquires and was told every time “oh sorry didn’t .......... call you to let you know “.

The staff at James Lane were incredibly attentive, helpful, polite and patient while we were in there for over an hour. Sam was particularly great with our young children offering them colouring pages to distract them so we could take our time. We are so happy with everything we got. Show details
