James Lane and one off delivery and assembly. And Customer Service mentioned I need to wait for at least week for warranty assessment (OMG. Why a brand new product needs to be assessed for warranty). A cheap Ikea would do the job quicker.

We loved the customer service at James lane in Geelong. Both Shenae and the gentleman who worked along side her were a great help! After many many hours of being there designing furniture for our new house we purchased many items and can’t wait to finally sit on our beautiful new couch. We will never purchase from this company again and strongly recommend others avoid them. We were delivered a faulty bed - twice. After the first faulty delivery, we were assured the issue would be resolved, only for a second replacement to arrive in an equally unacceptable condition. was damaged, making the bed structurally compromised. Even the delivery drivers commented on the poor condition of the product.

Because the company required access to our home for delivery and installation, we were forced to cut our holiday short to be present - only to be met with continued incompetence and poor quality control.

Customer service has been appalling. Requests to speak with management were ignored, communication was dismissive, and at times we were made to feel as though we were being unreasonable for expecting a product we paid for to arrive in proper condition.

Rather than taking responsibility, the company attempted to downplay the faults and suggested the bed was still usable, which is deeply concerning from a safety perspective.

If you value your time, money, and basic customer service, do not purchase from this company. We regret ever dealing with them and will be taking this further if the matter is not resolved appropriately.

We bought a lounge suite from this store, and one of the seats has the thread running in the opposite direction. as you have purchased, the store will handball any issues to their head office, without any care of the customer not being happy with their $4000 lounge suite. According to section 56 of Australian Consumer Law, the supplied product must match the description - they have the correct corner section in their website and in the store, but deny that it's faulty. We will be taking them to VCAT...

offered, they responded that they were unwilling to offer any compensation and that the nature of their business is volatile so, essentially, we should expect delays. Would not recommend. We have now paid for a product we have not received when promised, and will not receive for at least 2 months.

After my first visit I left undecided about which furniture pieces I wanted (because it’s all so so stunning) and then decided to return a couple of days later to make my purchase and I was so happy to see Axel working again on my second visit, he was every bit as welcoming and helpful as the first. During my second visit I was also assisted by Stella, who was also extremely lovely and helpful! Both Axel and Stella made my visit a fantastic experience and they both assisted me in making my purchase smooth and easy. I would have no hesitation recommending the Highpoint store to friends and family and i hope that next time I visit the store that they’re working and able to help me again. Thanks so much!!!

helpful with setting expectations on delivery time, and when I returned later having made a decision, she and the other staff were bright and bubbly and chatty and generally just made me feel very comfortable. Shenae was also incredibly patient with me when my Afterpay in store didn't work (sorry we never figured it out!). Would happily go back when I'm in the market for my next furniture piece.
