Monica completed an excellent job – Monica completed an excellent job cleaning my unit last Wednesday. I have a list of items to be undertaken and she followed them meticulously and I was so appreciative of a job extremely well done.

Fantastic Service – Each fortnight my allocated service team member attends & what an amazing job she does. Great Clean – I am so very happy with Jarvis I have been using their service for quiet awhile. Very impressed with service! – The company communicates effectively, very happy with the staff and service. You can request new cleaners if you want to and they take feedback seriously. Very impressed! My first visit was slightly subpar, I gave some specific feedback on what was missed, I was offered a different cleaner and the next visit was excellent. So much more than expected. Will definitely be continuing to use Jarvis.

Great service, great price – Jarvis was really easy to book and I am very happy with the quality of the work and professionalism of my assigned cleaner, Yar, who has come by twice now. Props to customer service as well. The only issue I have had so far was dealt with within 12 hours via email - the discount for the first visit was not originally applied but the difference was refunded very quickly.

Everything cleaned well – Floors and bathrooms very clean and shiny. Place smells great. They even cleaned in hard to reach places which had built up dust and also things on my bench like my toothbrush holder.

Wouldn’t go back to life without Jarvis – Jarvis is so easy to book through and every week is a consistent clean, Binaya is brilliant. It has changed so much in our house, now that we don’t have to spend hours cleaning at the end of every work week. My stress levels have dramatically reduced. Highly recommend!

More focussed on money than providing a good service – I had booked in for a regular fortnightly clean at 8am on Friday mornings. Thr first clean they arrived around 8.30. The clean was ok - I'd rate it about 6.5 out of 10. Noting that no one cleans your house like you do. I'd asked for glass cleaning as part of the 4 hours but it wasn't done. Second clean last Friday. 8am start. I waited as long as I could but had to leave at 8.50am and still nobody had arrived. I get a message from the cleaner at 11.35 telling me he was at my house and another at 12.30 from the Get Jarvis team telling me the cleaner had arrived at my house, waited an hour and left and that I had to pay for that. I told them I wouldn't and they took the payment anyway. According to the cleaner he was told to be there at 11.25, the Get Jarvis team blamed the cleaner. Either way, their only customer communications involved buck passing and money focussed and now I'm waiting for my money to be refunded. I won't be using them again nor recommending them to anyone I know.

Can’t live without – I look forward to everything fortnight when my butler arrives to wave her magic wand making my home look amazingly clean !!!!!! Always a great and professional job done by my butler Joanne

Wonderful helpful happy – Having a butler is a great help with the little jobs, that we don’t want have time for. Makes our rental inspections a breeze these days. We are very happy with the service.

100 percent value for services! – My helper is always happy to proved her services based on my needs. She is very accommodating and punctual with her service. Although not all provided cleaners are efficient or good enough, Jarvis is reliable, responsive and always seeking feedback ( and also take the feedback seriously), this is the kind of service that I have been after. I hope Jarvis will keep up this level of customer services and keep improving itself.

Waste of time – Booked a cleaner (‘butler’) through Jarvis and was confirmed. Butler never showed up and was informed 40minutes after the appointment time that they weren’t worked due to personal reasons - I had also tried to get in contact via phone with a representative for over 30minutes and was not able to get through. The cleaner who was assigned to me used my privileged data obtained through Jarvis to contact me privately to tell me of a pay dispute happening and was no longer working for them but would clean for me if I paid them directly. This is serious misconduct on both parties behalf as using private data for personal gain is illegal, and the pay dispute a serious allegation.

I actively recommend against this company and will never ever be seeking their services again. It ended up costing me more money to arrange an urgent cleaning service after I had arranged this well in advance.

I would give them 0/5 stars if it were an option.

This is perfect! Can’t live without it! – Had the most lovely Jarvis help me around the house. I have a neck injury something as simple as cleaning the bathroom is usually a huge task for me. The guy who came was very polite, fast and efficient. Highly recommend :)

Great clean and very organised business – Business makes it easy to make ongoing appointments. I appreciate the SMS reminder. The clean was great and the hourly rate is very competitive. We love having our home cleaned by Jarvis cleaners.

Jervis has been really good. Their cleaners have been doing a great job – Thw cleaner I've been getting takes her time to clean to standard . Zaya always makes sure ahe does what she is asked and goes beyond expectation. She is really good.
