I am looking at purchasing a 2022 Jayco StarCraft touring model. My question is will I be able to under sling the axle after purchase as the dealership will not do this. I have looked under a friends van and it doesn’t look to hard to do. Just looking for some advise from owners that have done it. Thanks in advance.
Maybe that's something that don't do anymore ,we have had ours since 2013 and had under sling done by the Jayco factory , as we had ours designed to suit us so glad we did just gives you that extra hight ,never had it bottom out ,good luck
Why is the thin cupboard next to fridge get hot inside
Can the travel height of the van be lifted as three is not enough height to drop the jacks when setting up on site
I believe that the axle and u bolts can be over slung and not understlung

Hi, Yes, we had our van underslung of the axles when we bought it from Jayco., It raises the van about 100 mm and makes a huge difference to the ground clearance. You also need mud flaps, and a side step. It places the springs on top of the axles.

Where are the manual gas valves in my Starcraft caravan?
Aren't they on the top of that gas bottle? The little dial that shows you how much gas is in them is also the valve. You just have to press them.
