I met with Gary at the house and explained all the things to be removed as some of then were heavy, The whole point of me contracting Gary was to remove the heavy items as my husband and I couldn't lift them ( elderly couple). returned to the house a few days later, some of the heavy items were still there. My real estate agent spoke to him as we contracted him through an agent and Gary stated that he didn't quote for them. The problems there was no itemised quote only a price for removal of rubbish. Lesson learnt by me ; get proper written quotes. And no, he never did return and remove the remaining items

***CASH THEFT*** - During an exit clean, I accidentally left my daughter's money box and jar of gold coins (approx $200) in a high set corner kitchen cupboard. the lid off under other rubbish, indicating it was cleaners who took the money not a passer by and I had covered with bags myself. The company claim it was passer bys who took the money, however there were other valuable items in there (I was happy to dispose of) and they were still there & I had placed other rubbish on top which was unmoved when I went back to recover the money boxes. I raised with lead cleaner, who disregarded and said the cleaners did not notice there was money in the transparent jars so therefor didn't tell me about it. Additionally, I was charged for the removal of the jars because rubbish disposal wasn't included in the initial quote which ended up being far higher than initially conveyed. Needless to say, I won't be using Jim's Cleaning again, if you do ensure your valuable belongings are definitely removed before the clean and if you are anything like most people leaving a rental is a very stressful process, dealing with cleaner theft is not an additional stress anyone needs.

Had an end of lease clean in Ballarat and whilst the cleaning job was ok, the carpet cleaning has been a nightmare. 4 days later and they are still damp. Was late for the appointment as well. Not a happy camper from this experience.

I returned the next day to check everything and I was so very impressed. There was not one questionable thing - the stove, sinks, mirrored splashback, windows and shower screens were perfect. Jim's Cleaning Frankston were awesome. We had an end of lease clean done. Very well done, stayed a little bit extra time to make sure it was done right even though it made them a little late for another appointment. Very professional to deal with and they were able to do it in a timely manner. Price is fair. Would definitely recommend.
