With very short notice, Harmon and her team did not just a great job it was exceptional! I highly recommend Harmon and her team i will use them again every opportunity that we have. Value for money, professional, and nothing beyond their capabilities. You would be silly to call anyone else! 10/10 ☆☆☆☆☆ if there was a better score to give i would give it! life when a mover dropped a muddy pot-plant on the carpet and left a water stain. The advice he gave me was clear and very effective (and I got my bond back in full!). I owe it to Jims! Carpets were shinning bright before I gave my keys back and just couldn't be happier.
Outstanding job – Rajinder and his wife did an excellent job. Property manager arrived the next day and within a few minutes told me that she could already tell the house looked great. If I could rate them 0 I would. This is specifically for the paddington business. Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with this cleaning service. explained my expectations multiple times and was very specific about what needed to be done. Despite this, the property was left in an unacceptable condition. The job took over 8 hours, and when it came time to pay, the cleaners claimed they could not find the money, even though it had been left with photos and in a place we had not discussed to clean. This felt extremely concerning. The owner closed the case quickly, stating there was no resolution, which was surprising given how fast this was done for a situation where payment was supposedly “not received.” I would not recommend this service based on my experience. They are thieves and the work is absolutely disgusting.

I kept trying to tell him I can’t stay here because I have moved up the coast and I need to take the keys back to the Real Estate, he just did not understand that you needed a fob key to get outside the gate to leave the underground and he would not park outside. He then argued with me that there was no assistance for him to get in and out of the place. But I told him I’m standing in front of you waiting for you to bring everything in you have some assistance right now, he ended up getting his own way he came to basement and parked decided then to park in someone else’s car spot when I showed him so many visitor spots but he wanted the one closest to the door. I then had to work out how he was going to get out of the basement so I had to call my building manager for him to help me when he’s finished the clean to help him exist which was fine and he kept saying he needed a key. I then asked him how long will the clean take Because I can go off and do other things around the area and come back he said 12 to 13 hours I told him I have never ever heard a cleaner clean for that long. This is a small apartment. I have lived in big houses before and they have been five hours Max, I think he wanted a key so he could leave and come back or do whatever he wanted. He ended up being so rude to me and yelling at me that I told him just to get out of here, he then got on the phone to my Husband and lied to him and told him there was no parking I had taken photos of about 15 Vistor parking! When he left the car park because he said that he was not going to do the job an less I left him a key while he was reversing 50 million times he ended up running into one of the polls and bending it. I ended up ringing Jim‘s cleaning.Because we needed someone out ASAP, and someone was meant to call me that day to sort out what is happening and no one had rang me. Mind you I am 30 weeks pregnant and I had two little kids with me and this man had no care in the world. I wascrying and everything under such stress that he put me throughand he just did not care very odd person! He knew exactly what my husband said to him on the phone that we had moved up the coast. No one will be there just shut the door on the way out. Very disgusted.

DO NOT USE ROSH DE ALWIS as your cleaner. He charged $570 for end of lease cleaning and all I can say he did was clean the oven and wipe down splash back tiles. You could tell the carpets weren't steam cleaned. Windows were not cleaned, walls not wiped down, Venetian blinds not cleaned still dust on them, skirting boards and power points weren't… Read more
cleaned, walls not cleaned, kick board not cleaned, kitchen tile grout not cleaned, bathroom door was not even closed so wasn't cleaned behind the door. When an email was sent with photos all was sent was an apology and $70 returned what a joke. Not happy at all and would not recommend this person or Jim's cleaning as more should have been done.

Jim's Cleaning Frankston were awesome. We had an end of lease clean done. Very well done, stayed a little bit extra time to make sure it was done right even though it made them a little late for another appointment. Very professional to deal with and they were able to do it in a timely manner. Price is fair. Would definitely recommend.

Had an end of lease clean in Ballarat and whilst the cleaning job was ok, the carpet cleaning has been a nightmare. 4 days later and they are still damp. Was late for the appointment as well. Not a happy camper from this experience.

inconvenience to them. They tried using multiple excuses as to why it wasn’t cleaned. At the end of the day, I pay money for a service and I expect it to be done, you are a cleaning company, that is your job, I pay for the service, that should be the end of the story, if there was something that wasn’t cleaned and it was in the invoice, then there should be no reason for a back and forth between the business and the customer, it’s just unprofessional and I will not be using them ever again.
Inefficient and terrible work from the crew who came out!!!! They are employed at with the Howden office. Firstly, I am not asking you to fire them, it is personally amusing how bad they are. But I am also worried about my ability to keep a straight face. I do suggest rotating this joy around as good strategy.

We were not there when they came to clean, but they sent before and after photos, they done an amazing job. I was completely happy and would recommend them highly.
Mostard from Sancutary Point NSW was excellent. They thoroughly cleaned our property. The windows were spotless along with the floors. He was punctual and very communicative until the job was complete. I recommend them as I was extremely pleased with the service that I received.

I’ve moved houses just shy of 20 times now due to my work, I’ve been in contact with just as many (if not more) bond cleaners and by far Michael blows them all out of the water.
