Great clean, minor hiccup : Overall really happy with Arwin team. They were friendly and left my kitchen and bathrooms sparkling. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is they missed cleaning the kitchen chimney. I mentioned it and they offered to come back, which I appreciated. Would definitely book again.

Rita and her team did a superb job, above and beyond. We engaged her in an end of lease/bond clean and could not have asked for better service. Highly recommended. Bayside Area Brisbane.

Jagroop servicing Golden Grove. They were so efficient and had incredible attention to detail. It felt so good to come home and it smells pleasantly clean. The bathroom fan has never been cleaned by other independent cleaners as it is hard to get to but Jagroop scrubbed it back to bright white! The blinds, oven and stove top look new! They cleaned and shined the barstools and fittings - everything looks shiny and clean! Very happy

Some initial communication difficulties but Jim's Cleaning did come through in the end to fix areas missed in the original clean and did some extra items above and beyond the basic house clean (e.g. wall marks). I learnt the basic house clean is just dust, vacuum, sweep, mop and bathroom surface clean which is completed in just under 50 minutes on my 2 bedroom house and the charge for this is $200 (plus $50 for an oven clean). Show details

The results spoke for themselves. I have been a cleaner, up to vacate bond cleans in between other careers, and the cleaner did a outstanding job. It is pricey, you do have to understand what the quote lists is what is done, quoted on, and if you want everything cleaned you have to list all you want done. list, it will not be cleaned. Thus the quote list they send needs the clients reading it, not assuming they get an entire house clean for a list they did not read, not understanding that that list reflects what results you will get.

In my case I stated I needed a vacate bond return clean The quote was of a place never cared long before I tenanted it. There were marks I thought no one would get off, however in this case, Jim's Cleaning result was way beyond what I thought possible in results. I paid $1,000 but it was worth every cent. It assisted in family all being able to concentrate on moving a lot, way faster, instead of spending that entire day, as he did, cleaning.

Punctual and very nice. Cleaned the filthy oven and bbq so well. Very very tidy and checked I was ok with what was done. I will be using them again. Highly recommend.

done very lazily. They did offer to come back and clean again, but we decided to do it ourselves instead to make sure it was truly clean.

Their first cleaner did not stay the full time but was polite and friendly. When her cleans fell below a standard of acceptability, we contacted her and asked her to improve. Their second cleaner did a better job cleaning but he was rude and opportunistic. One time he was two and a half hours late (to a 2 hour duration clean). Another time he didn't turn up at all. We also received an invoice for a different clean that never happened and was never organised. Just to see if we were paying attention perhaps. Unfortunately Sameer, we were. No apology of course.

stove top, doors , skirts and windows, especially window tracks which were discussed beforehand how important they were to be cleaned.

Three of them came and they were there for five hours. The majority of stuff poorly cleaned. Some things done well. Windows were streaky and window tracks still had dirt. I asked them to do them again which they did, however the photos will speak for themselves. I was also met with a very condescending attitude when I pointed it out.

"Windows are just streaky sometimes" "If you open the windows the tracks will just get dusty again" " We dusted the skirts it doesn't say we clean them" (the skirts very much still had dust on them) I'm not expecting stuff behind furniture to be cleaned but things with nothing around them were still dirty.

Afterwards they said they'd give us a discount, they did not at first messaging me about an overdue balance. Had to remind them of the discount.

My landlord wanted them back they refused because of the two day guarantee and told me to pay. I have now paid but I am very unhappy about it.

When you think you could do a better job than the cleaners you hire and have to reclean everything essentially. Hardly seems worth it. Not to mention them being rude and condescending every chance they got

what you’d expect after paying that kind of money for a professional clean.

The window sills were completely covered in dust and dirt. The carpets were supposedly "steam cleaned" — yet when we redid them ourselves, black water came out (photo evidence available). The oven, which was meant to be cleaned, was absolutely disgusting — easily the filthiest oven I’ve ever seen. It took us over an hour to scrub it properly, even after having already paid Jim’s Cleaning for the job.

I contacted [Name Removed], the franchisee, directly to raise my concerns. He informed me that his team had already come out a second time at the tenants' request, as they were also unhappy the first time. While [Name Removed] initially said he would come to the property after my call, he later refused to engage further, saying he would only deal with the tenants, as they were the “client.”

I want to warn anyone considering Jim’s Cleaning — the quality of work was unacceptable, and the customer service even worse. The photos speak for themselves. I have never seen such poor workmanship from a professional cleaning company. Save your money and hire someone reputable
