I asked for a quote late on a Friday afternoon, and Jaison called me within 2 minutes to offer his services. I needed a flea treatment as part of ending a rental agreement, and he was able to fit me in very quickly. He arrived on time and was clearly competent. I would absolutely recommend him to others in the Bethania/Beenleigh area.

Very accommodating and flexible to fit in with our shift work rosters. Explained our problem and gave excellent advice on the best remediation plan with great patience and was pleasant and engaging throughout.,

I had a possum in my ceiling who was causing all sorts of problems and interrupted sleep. Daniel was fantastic , he was prompt, turned up that same day , kept great communication, friendly and professional and got the job done quickly. Possum gone and relocated. Bad experience – Had this "so called person" to my house just recently to do a pest and building inspection. Would "not touch him with a ten foot pole", He must have thought we were "millionaires" to rectify all the jobs he stated that had to be done. Just beware. I

Miguel was courteous and efficient and he performed a thorough service. He was also very knowledgeable and patient while answering my questions about German cockroaches. The price was also fair.

Mark from Morayfield franchise could not have been more helpful. He came within an hour of my talking to him, late on a Monday afternoon. Removed the culprit and check the roofspace for more. Will be using Mark for future pest control. Really nice man a lifesaver. Nerida Clark

Daniel contacted us promptly and courteously. He came when he said he would and completed the job of bird netting solar panels quickly and well. He sent photos of before and after completion.

Allan Guan has been wonderful to work with. He was very responsive and his quote for rodent treatment was affordable. He addressed the issue right away. Highly recommended!

Allan was wonderful. Friendly, professional, flexible and highly knowledgeable and spent a generous amount of time after the treatment stepping me through what he had done and his findings and provided tips on things we could do to reduce pest risk in future. I will definitely use Allan again.
