James come out for a full inspection and took the time to explain and show me where they were and what they were doing.

Upon receiving the inspection report, I reviewed and agreed to go ahead with treatment. He was professional and clear about costings and my best solution. He was also the best value for money of all my quotes.

The service from Jim's Pest control was amazing. Very professional and friendly. Called them in as I was getting way too many spiders inside the house, needless to say I haven't seen one since they have been there.

Have had an incredibly negative experience with Jim’s Pest Control in the Adelaide Hills. not ask or inform us about the money until after placing the trap, and completely ignored my guidance about the two holes initially. I took it the regional franchise manager and she then suggested they didn’t believe me about the guy coming out as she said no one quotes for free, and didn’t not wish to assist any further. Such a disappointment for such a large franchise company that as a customer, I was not heard, believed or listened to. Most of the services in the Adelaide Hills work with integrity but unfortunately not Jim’s!

Incompetent – Do NOT use Tony in the Henley Beach area if you want your possum problem fixed. He missed numerous roof holes so possum kept getting back in and he eventually just took his cage away and refused to respond to my messages. Ended up having to pay again to get another company out to fix the problem.

Lady who answered my call is a real Karen – I live on a regional property in SA. Murray Bridge is our closest town (130km away). I called your 13 number and Karen answered. I asked her if I had called a South Australian office. She dodged the question. After the 4th time, she told me she was based in Victoria. Contacted Jim's Pest Control and James promptly called back. I explained my ant problem and he was able to come out the very same day and assess the situation. He offered to do a boundary spray on the spot and then told me to call him if there is any remaining ants and he would come out and spray the problem areas inside. We had Mark come out to our property we have recently purchased to inspect for termites, handle some concerns about cockroaches and tackle a significant ant problem on the outside of the property. merely tranquilized and the magpies would not be harmed by the chemicals he was using. Neil was very professional in his approach using appropriate PPE and the job was done speedily. Accounting was on the spot and invoices and acknowledgement of payment immediate by text and email.

Pest crisis averted – Steve was recommended to us and thank God. We had an extremely bad Pest situation. Recommend Tony from Jim's Termite & Pest Control – Tony from Jim's Termite & Pest Control was very thorough with the termite treatment required, both in applying the treatment and in his report. Tony was also friendly and happy to answer as many questions as we had. He was far superior to the first person we had out (not from Jim's).

Prompt and professional service – The service we received from Brenton was excellent, he sprayed around house, clothesline, tool shed to control spiders/ants etc and replaced baits in bait traps. Will not hesitate to contact Brenton in the future for our pest control.
