Pest Control Black Hairy Caterpillars – Jim's Pest Control was very forthcoming with information about what was being done to delete this plague of black hairy caterpillars and the job was done quickly, effectively and cleanly.
Do bare minimum and get his money and disappear – I used [Name Removed] to help with a rodent issue, I have a camera in the ceiling to capture the rodent's where abouts. I have a noise alarm on my camera and I had it on to try to scare the rodents. sound off on the camera after [Name Removed] installed the baits in the manholes. Which I have evidence of the noise being turned off in the video as the rat rushed to the baits because of the smell until they got closer. The rats straight away stopped and turned away as it smelt the scent of [Name Removed], probably from him wiping his sweat from his brow and/ or other things as he had one set gloves he used for the job. I tried [Name Removed] bait for a whole week and more prior getting another Pest Coller in because [Name Removed] baits were not eaten and no results. It's been a good month now and evidence still shows that [Name Removed] baits still hasn't been eaten where the camera is.
I also purchased a smelling scent off him even though it looked like it's been used and opened from the seal (secondhand). I asked him about it and he confirmed that's how they all come, all opened and used. Funny enough, I got one off the other Pest Control company and it was sealed and clean not like the one [Name Removed] gave me.
I did also ask about the warranty as all other companies provide minimum three months warranty. The reason I got was "some rats might not go for the baits as they might prefer other food around the house etc." I was desperate and no one else was available at the time. When I gave [Name Removed] an honest review after clear evidence his baits have been contaminated, he said "I didn't think you where a person to give me a bad review." I let him know if his baits have been contaminated and wasn't willing to came back and try again than its not great customer service. It's evidence he just does his bare minimum and takes his money and goes. No invoice or receipt given either.
The other Pest Control company didn't just ask where the manholes to just install the bait stations where the manholes were (not direct path of rats). They go into the ceiling space to thoroughly check the rodent's paths and other entry paths, and checked [Name Removed] bait stations to see if any baits were eaten (none [Name Removed] baits were eaten). They also reinstalled [Name Removed] bait stations so they are in the rat's path and re- scented his bait stations except for one just to prove [Name Removed] contamination. They used different gloves to just touch the bait stations and installing them.
The sensitivity they took and the thoroughness compared to [Name Removed] was astonishing and the results are speaking for itself. They have come back two times to keep rebaiting and checking the paths of the rats, a total of three times, their baits including [Name Removed] re-scrented baits have been eaten and rats are dieing. That is the reason why I asked for a refund to [Name Removed] management but they are convinced the noise from the camera was a deterrent but I have evidence that it is off.
I have also left one of [Name Removed] station untouched to compare the results, which is evidence that the other Pest Control company are working including the rescented [Name Removed] baits, because of their professionalism compared to [Name Removed] one originally he installed which is not working. The other Pest Control company worked within one week for their baits to be eaten and [Name Removed] baits been over a month now (I gave [Name Removed] baits a good month to compare and prove the contamination) As proof below for videos with no sound alarm on camera on the 28/03/24 (date of [Name Removed] install of baits) and still a month late on the 30/03/24. These two are just only two of many.

We had Thinus come out from Mandurah franchise, and he performed a termite inspection that I was happy with. He was informative, friendly and thorough and I was happy with the report provided.
The service was great and affordable, honest & very friendly workers, they definitely have a passion for the job. Hoping there’s no more bugs going to appear. I will definitely recommend this to friends and family and will continue to utilise Jim’s company for any future home repairs :)

Not happy with the work nor the amount originally specified on signing the contract. Ripped off. After I paid what I signed for the dodgy company greedily wants more money not in the contract just surprise surprise your all paid off but here's some ridiculous last minute payment. This is why you need to watch what these tradies do to make sure their actually doing their job. Go with Stuart's pest control because they have fixed the eff-up that Jim's have caused. Where are decent hard working effective tradies these days???? God help us all
Never use this company again – I will never use this company again. Hasn't even been a year and I have termites in two different areas. In my contract the spray is meant to last 8 years. What nonsense. I'll buy my own baits and do it myself. Save myself $3500 all over again. I'm not being charged a d ripped off again. Fir all I know the tech used water.

Very happy with the fact that they fitted us in during the Christmas and New Year break for the two treatments and so far we are delighted with the results. Liked the fact they were more reasonably priced compared to other options we contacted for a quote. Very good communication experience from the lady in the office as far as reminder emails and phone calls. Happy to recommend Jim’s Pest Control WA!

Highly recommend – Cornelius from Jims Pest Control has just completed White Ant, Spiders and Ants eradication on my large house in South Yunderup. It is without doubt the most comprehensive job I have ever experienced. I very highly recommend Cornelius, he was not the cheapest, but I will be using him again in the future.

Excellent and efficient service – Phillip was very prompt to respond to my request. Price was very reasonable and he offered a discount as I requested to have a termite inspection as well as check on a possible rat problem. Phillip gave useful advice on how to prevent recurrence of the rat problem. He sent a report with his findings later that same day.
