We love our sofas – We purchased the Rae corner suite, along with the Rae 2 seater, and 3 seater. Pricing (30% off) couldn't be matched anywhere else (we'd looked for months), and as stock levels were good, we were able to receive all pieces in less than a week. Great Service – Friendly service. Could answer all our questions and was happy for us to hang out and try out the furniture before we purchased it to make sure we were comfortable.

in my problem ,I’m 110 kilos , he was about 70 kilos I took cushions back to store, they agreed to exchange, I then upgraded from Justin lounge to Wilson lounge It’s now 5 months later and this lounge has same issue, my back feels bruised after sitting I’ve put pool noodle tube over the lower wood that sticks in my back and need a pillow on a less than 6 month old lounge sore on my back I’m now about to ring and complain again [Name Removed] has been brilliant helping me Guy came out and added more padding into the back of lounge Will see how it goes UPDATE !!!!!!! New lounge replacement arrived on 19/04/2022, I rang next day to say usb isn’t working, 1 month later the lumber support button not working, email after email, I’m told I have to wait for a part, I wanted my money back after 3rd lounge , but they only swap 1 of the faulty lounges ! I’m now moving this lounge to my mothers and just bought a new lounge from another store 28/06/2022. I’ve lost so much time ( off work) and money , and still getting stuffed around HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF YOU WERE TREATED LIKE THIS I ASKED THEM- no reply !!!! Update!!!!! I went to Campbelltown store after nothing happening in 8 months , Customer care warranty is a joke , the clown in QLD who you deal with tells me it’s organised. For the part to FIX left side control BUT not right side, they will fix that first, While there I found out the guy I complained to 6 months before has left and done nothing Thank goodness they have a professional woman there to deal with, she has organised a new replacement for the damaged lounges to arrive in 2023. Buyer beware – Bought a couch less than 12 months ago and the chase has sunken in, leaving the frame protruding and making it very uncomfortable to sit on. I would advise you to steer clear of these guys and don’t be fooled by the claims of ‘affordable prices’.

Great Sofa at reasonable prices – Went in to the Campbelltown with my wife to look for a new sofa for our apartment. We were immediately greeted by a delightful young lady who introduced herself as Shanjida. After that Shanjida help us with booking in for a delivery that same week. Shanjida and Bert were so nice just to talk with and have a chat during the whole time there :D Delivery came that same week, delivery guys wee very helpful and skilled at getting it in our elevator and down our somewhat narrow corridor.

After unpacking it all and putting it in the right place in the living room, sitting down on it felt soo good.

Even today it still feels great, doesn't have any weird sagging or stitching coming loose.

Would definitely recommend go to this store and seeing Shanjida and Bert, they make the process super simple and are great to have a chat with.

Staff was very helpful – My wife and I liked a dining table on display and browsed a number of other items in store. Store manager and staff are absolutely amazing 5 star service – Was very easy to navigate around the store. Was disappointed that one product (tv unit was out of stock but they had the rest. We bought the whole package but need to wait for 3 months for a TV unit. We were told no floor stock can be sold so we are without a tv unit for months.  Show details

Prolonged delays, delays in refunds as well – I was promised to get delivery of items by 4 weeks. After 7 weeks I had to call up Johnny's to check and they asked me to wait for another 4 weeks. I asked for refund which I was supposed to get in 1 week. After 2 weeks, I had to call up johnyt to check and they asked me to wait for 1 more week. Pretty good – Bought a large modular lounge and low line tv cabinet, quality is pretty good considering the low price. though it was totally my fault, the guy was really nice and understanding and he rang me back about an hour later and said they would give us the same lounge but different configuration which was really nice, all we had to pay for was delivery which we were more than happy to do considering it was a fault of our own. I would definitely recommend them.
