Don't buy here. Recliners made noise from delivery, reported to support, months later, still no resolution – I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. However, despite following their instructions and repeatedly reaching out for help, it's now May, and the problem remains unresolved. We've not received any meaningful support, nor has anyone from the company taken responsibility or offered a clear path toward a solution. Their aftercare service has been extremely disappointing, leaving us frustrated and with faulty recliners.

Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Even though they called it "wear and tear," they offered store credit. If it's just wear and tear, why give credit? I feel stuck.

This has been really frustrating. It's hard to trust a company that doesn't listen and ignores my rights. I won't suggest Johnny's Furniture to anyone.

certain way please tell me! Then they arranged a technician to come out, after asking a few questions he verbally abused me as he obviously didn't like the questions l was asking and he was asked to get your things and get out of the home. I emailed the insurance company and the CEO replied saying he was taking over and so l called asking for another technician and was refused. The claim was denied so l contacted the store again and asked to speak to someone higher and he arranged another technician however l received another email from the CEO at the insurance company saying "l haven't gotten rid of them just yet" :) and that the first claim was denied so to me the next one would be as well! The second report came in and surprise surprise it was denied as wear and tear and the couch is hardly sat in and now the chaise is making a loud squeaky noise every time you move around on it. This shouldn't be happening so I WOULD SUGGEST THAT IF ANYONE WANTS TO BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS RECONSIDER AS THE QUALITY IS CHEAPLY MADE, SO SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GET SOMETHING BETTER QUALITY. THE INSURANCE IS ALSO NOT WORTH THE MONEY AS THEY WILL REJECT EVERY CLAIM!!!!

I was also contacted 2 weeks ago by Brooke from online, l had explained to her the issue's and expressed how upset l was with being verbally abused by a technician in my home and how the CEO from the insurance was sending intimidating emails and that the National Manager Tim still hasn't sent the second report to me. Brooke told me to email her all the details and NOT TO WORRY as she will look into this as this shouldn't have happened. THIS WAS OVER 2 WEEKS AGO AND I'VE SENT HER FOLLOW UP EMAILS WHICH SHE HAS CHOSEN TO OBVIOUSLY IGNORE.

This business doesn't know the first thing about customer service nor do they care about their customers so if you are looking for a couch that will last longer than a few months before it deteriorates then l suggest you go elsewhere as JOHNNY'S FURNITURE is not worth the headache/stress!!!!!

Worst experience - staff are rude and no one reply's to your emails – Made a complaint for my daughter and she was contacted last Wednesday where she was told that it was going to be investigated by the online staff member and that she should stress. The couch is now making a loud squeak when you sit on the chaise and I doubt it will last a couple of year!!!!

all day, on a Sunday, looking forward to getting home, and then someone walks in the door at the last moment; it can be quite frustrating. But we were treated like valued customers, not rushed at all, and we bought the piece we wanted. The chair is wonderful, the customer service was excellent. Thank you so much.

Love my Chair – Bought a 1:5 lounge chair to replace 2 armchairs. New chair very comfortable, sturdy frame and plush finish. Staff instore were very helpful and order/delivery timely.
