Click bait – I was about to get legal advice when I received an email from Joust that said "personal loan approved", and later realised it was a clickbait. Please stop this utterly stupid action especially when there are so many scams out there, morons.

Complete scam – I received a sms 5 second after I sent my application to let me know there is nobody offering loan. Honestly it would not be enough to read my name yet to read the entire application. Be aware, It is a scam to get your information to pass it to others.

Back to Joust again!!!! – Back in 2021 after going through an awful legal separation with my partner, I sought Joust to get me out of trouble as I could not get a loan mainly due to my age at the time. David was super helpful and friendly and managed to get a new loan with some additional monies to do some maintenance around the house. All of this was even simpler than the first time around 2 years ago. If you don't use JOUST or NECTAR to get another loan, you are crazy! Don't use the mainstream banks, they are making BILLIONS of $$$ and give nothing back. Everyone shops around before buying a car or petrol, why not use these guys and save yourself time, money and most importantly, the heartache. Thanks Dave and Joust.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars was that their system did not seem to recognise that I had completed the process and continued to send emails to encourage me to do so. I suspect this was because I had paused in the middle of the initial sign-up to Loandolphin's system and returned to it some weeks later. To me it was a minor inconvenience to get these emails and so to be fair, I would have given 4.5 stars but Productreview don't do 'half-scores'. So overall I was happy with the process, very happy with the broker I signed with and the Loandolphin person I spoke to. Absolutely would endorse this method for getting loans and would also recommend Loandolphin.

I was extremely lucky to have Cici Wang as my Refinance Broker. She was amazing!!!! Everything was done so professionally and quickly. All the information required was relevant and transparent. Constant communication through e-mail and phone calls. The latest technology.

I am not the most tech savvy person in the world, but Cici and LoanDolphin made it so easy. They have these Automated links, wich just make things a breeze.

Cici was able to secure me an interest rate of 3.69% with a $1200 rebate from one of the big lenders.

In the end, I made money refinancing and will save thousands over the life of the loan.

BEWARE – These guys pimp your details out to brokers, under the guise of giving you access to the best deals - the lady who called me told me she was paying $10,000 to get my details - no wonder you get hounded. You cannot trust them at all. Poor service – Poor service and they just leave another entry on your credit file. Work with people you can actually talk to and navigate through the system with better understanding. I made a mistake by getting sucked into their marketing.
