Returned two pairs of Levi’s $250 worth as part of an online order - and they said I returned two other jeans from the order, the 2 cheapest, and refunded $80. Even after providing evidence, they continue to ignore me and have not refunded me. Disgusting.

On a separate order placed last month, one item was not dispatched with the order but the item has not been refunded and I have not been advised on whether it will be shipped separately. I have sent several follow up emails and have had no response yet.
Returning products in store is a nightmare because the staff either make excuses to not process the return (such as payment was made via PayPal so we can't process the return in store) or they are really rude and unwilling to assist with returns. I have been made to feel like I am a nuisance or annoyance on several occasions. If you don't want to process returns for online orders in store, maybe don't retail online at all. These incidents are not isolated to one store.
Something has to change. I cannot trust this brand with my money anymore.

Scam store- not the real Just Jeans – I was also scammed- thinking this was an actual Just Jeans outlet store. I was also charged in foreign currency- received a dodgey email with then no further correspondence or tracking number as stated. Once questioned, they sent me a tracking numer- this package arrived and was a chape and nasty plastic ring like the other reviews have said. Not overalls or a tshirt at all. Do not use this site!

This review is for online staffs. They do not help or assist. There is issue with my account, whenever I log in it automatically adds item to the cart. I have been complaining for past 1 week nothing has been done. They dont read emails properly. No communication at all unless I send 2 emails. Still I have no idea what is happening. I made an online order on the 30th November 2025. It is now the 9th December and still package has not been dispatched! The package contains a Birthday present needed by the 11th Dec. Just Jeans where is my package?

Online orders incur freight charges, which adds extra cost. And therefore is not really a Sale item and so I would call that Fraudulent Sales tactics. This is particularly frustrating as customers who visit Just Jeans stores directly can try on items and make purchases immediately, without additional shipping costs. The current approach of promoting items that are not in-store feels inconvenient and not very customer-friendly. I understand that not everything can be stocked in every store however, the lines I am after are not in ANY store I contacted two of your stores Figtree Grove the woman was short and abrupt on the phone where Menai the woman was very helpful and sympathetic to my needs.
I hope you can consider improving the coordination between your promotional campaigns and in-store stock availability to enhance the shopping experience for your customers.

Further to that, I ended up returning the available items to the warehouse, 1 month ago, and once again, haven’t heard a peep from anyone at just group. So I’ve followed up again, today.
If you want to buy something from Just jeans, it’s probably better to go in store, as the warehouse couldn’t give a stuff about clients or their refunds. And the time is takes to even organise for the items to be sent is 2 weeks or more! I’m actually a little nervous, as I now have a suspicion that this company may eventually go under. Withholding refunds is very suss and strange, and something I’ll be flagging with consumer affairs.
This mob is useless. I ordered 2 pairs of jeans in different colours, they sent the same colour. I received a new pair of jeans that started to fall apart after one wear. No one contacted me to check if there was a problem. My credit card provider told me there is no issue on their end and that the transaction has posted. Just Jeans told me that they can't/ won't reinstate the order and I have to order again. However, 2 items are no longer available online (1 not at all and 1 not in my size) and the price of the other items has increased (as there was an online only sale when I ordered). I was told if I want to order again and have the discounted price honoured, I need to send them a screenshot of the order details and request a refund of the difference.
This is super frustrating and a great way to lose a customer.

it says "The gift card balance is not sufficient" and wants me to pay the full amount by another method. Their official store is more of a scam then their impersonators all combined. They deserve -10, not one star review, and probably a visit from ACCC.

local store) the customer service is as poor as it gets with not even the decency to respond. I would never buy online from them again. A reply takes no time but means a lot in the customer service department. I am surprised such a large company has such bad customer service in a time of social media where people are able to post about such bad service.

Decided to try online again and sent a return for 2 of the items out of 3 that I ordered. Once again sent express post. My Aus Post tracking showed was received to their warehouse in 2 days. 14 days later still no refund. Had to follow up in regards to this refund, back and forth with emails and proof of my tracking recent I finally received the required refund. Poor customer service and an outdated and inefficient online return system. Don't bother with this company.

far I’ve paid $50 in postage for nothing. I don’t know who the hell they are making jeans for, but they need to get their act together. And get a decent returns policy if their size chart is so poor.

SCAM!!!! – Be aware. Just jeans online sale is not a genuine website and they are scam on people with websites that look like you are purchasing from Just jeans. Difficult to return orders – No option to return items bought on afterpay or zip instore. Had to pay postage to return. Aske ro exchange doe a different pair but said no stock.
