JW were very quick to get my motherboard to me. I was hesitant at first to go with them, so I just ordered this one lower priced part. Given the great timing of the delivery and ease of process, I will definitely buy from them again! Thank you JW team!
The laptop screen was faulty from the start, we used a HDMI cable to an external screen as a work around. We lodged a case and JW computers were happy to look at it but it was going to take weeks and the unit was needed for school. they won't honor the laptop. They are saying refurbished MSIs are only covered for 3 months even though it is written in BOLD print in their website that MSI cover refurbished items for 12 months. JW computers are also not going to cover any postage to return the laptop. Terrible customer service, terrible product, underhanded and disingenuous business practices

I was after a Crucial SODIMM module that is very hard to find at the moment. JW Computers were the only company showing a small amount of stock available. The memory arrived in less than a week and is working well. Very happy with the service and updates on the status of the order.

There are standard, secure payment gateways that verify addresses without requiring customers to hand over documents that could lead to identity theft if a data breach occurs.I will not be sending my private documents or bank screenshots over email. paid for express shipping, took over a week to get the item sent out. im talking about 2 USB sticks. 1 week is too long to consider purchase again from JW computers. If I can get from amazon overnight and another retailers would take 2 days, id prob go with that retailer but over a week? no thanks
