Ordered a MSI Pro MP273AW 27 inch FHD White Monitor online and it was ready for pick up at the Castle Hill store the next day. It was a good experience – It was overall good but i do understand there were issues out of their control, i do not blame them for this i just really wish they could've communicated more but that's no problem, other than that the hardware was recieved in a quick time when it was in transit, it works extremely well. Probably wouldn't use again – Prices are good. Service ... bad. Had to wait 10 minutes (Bankstown store) just to pick up order. Two attendents spend stupid amount of time assisting other customers. Will not return for change of mind or faulty product – States they will return product for change of mind in 7 days and they refused. Try to get the product repaired due to not operating correctly and after assessing they have said to take it up with manufacturer. Good Store Experience – Employee was happy to serve me even minutes before closing time, and picked my ordered GPU and SSD out quickly. Also bought some needed thermal paste from what they recommended (and knowing about this stuff, i agree with their recommendation). Everything of what i bought there works well.

Great customer service – Now thats what I call true customer service. JW folks know how to treat customers. When my router broke, they went all the way to test & handover replacement device same day. After sale customer service is what stands you out compared to the rest of the lot. Keep it up the good work.
