Kambrook Aquarius KAK60 Questions & Answers
VerifiedMPNs: KAK60, KAK60RED and KAK60WHTWhen switch on the switch button the jug on for few seconds and went off, the water does not boil.
Our Kambrook Aquarius is still performing sterling service after at least 3 years. A question though - any hints about cleaning inside the kettle as there seems to be a build up of rusty looking stain on the inner plastic and on the bottom of the inside of kettle?
I don't know, but a quick search in google will produce numerous pages of info on the matter of descaling kettles. I just looked at mine, which is over 4 yrs old now, as I assumed the base was covered in plastic like the sides; it too is rusty, but I see no reason to clean it as the rust is not producing debris that'd end up in my cups. When it does, and if I can't find a suitable fix for the rust, I'll just chuck it and fire up me backup.
What can be done about the Aquarius not cutting out. and corrodes around the plastic measure?
We haven't had any of these problems.
My jug leaks around the plastic water measure, after awhile the plastic corrodes . The jugs seem to boil without cutting out. This is my second jug, the same happened with the first. Lasted 18 months just out of warranty. I would not recommend this jug. What would you recommend? Sylvia
So far we have not had any of these problems
