everything during the administration stage. There was a lot of paperwork involved, and you were always incredibly quick to respond, answer my questions, and make any amendments. We had one minor hiccup with the electricity and gas selection, but aside from that, everything else was handled seamlessly. Thank you for making the process so much easier.

Then construction stage. Please also pass on my thanks to David W. for always taking my calls and answering any questions I had, much appreciated. After handover, Warren has been incredibly helpful with all of my post-construction follow-up queries. His ongoing support has meant a lot. I'm now heading into the final maintenance stage with Dwayne, who has also been a superstar so far.

coordinator at the next stage was Karen, she was super efficient and communicative. Karen made the arduous journey to the construction stage smooth. I would like to add here that the paper work and documentation was a long drawn affair but very precise and water tight. I think that this is one area where things need to be streamlined along with the internal selection procedure which I thought was a very rushed affair. Kaplan definitely needs to allocate more time towards internal selection. During construction, Andrew was our site supervisor and I have nothing but praise for him. He was very approachable and cooperative, his postive and can do attitude is very much appreciated. The final handover was a bit sudden and some cosmetic and trivial jobs are still pending. Kaplan has been ticking them off the list as we go along. I have dealt with Warren for the post handover issues, he has been efficient and prompt. on April 23rd, yet the management team—specifically construction manager has been completely uncooperative regarding a firm move-in date. It feels like once they have the commitment, the customer service vanishes. ​Communication regarding the timeline has been a series of misunderstandings, leaving us in a state of limbo with a young family. We expected a professional partnership to get us into our new home, but instead, we’ve met unnecessary roadblocks at the finish line. Booked Kennards hire to to move the stuffs from rental property for now and moving to airbnb for living, what a painful situation kaplan caused. The paperwork stage was made incredibly smooth once we met you, Karen. Your professionalism, warmth, and clear communication made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and reassuring. We always felt informed and supported, which we truly appreciated.

Once construction began, we were introduced to Nicholas, our site supervisor, and Warren. Both were knowledgeable, approachable, and very accommodating—especially considering we requested a few changes after construction had already commenced. Their patience and willingness to help gave us great confidence throughout the build.

Overall, our journey with Kaplan has been a very positive one. While there were a few small hiccups along the way, nothing ever felt unmanageable, and Nicholas and Warren always found solutions. As we are now settling into our new home, there are just a few minor items to be addressed, and we are confident that Kaplan will continue to uphold their high standards and see these resolved.

We would happily recommend Kaplan Homes to others and are very grateful to everyone involved in bringing our home to life.

I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with Kaplan and Sundancer Homes, and I strongly advise others to reconsider before building with them. [Name Removed], who is in a senior position, was rude and even yelled at me over the phone, which I found completely unacceptable.

After moving in, the maintenance experience was just as poor. My toilet was not functioning for over three months, and despite multiple requests, no one attended to it promptly. When they finally did respond, [Name Removed] was disrespectful, dismissive, and many of the identified issues were still left unresolved.

It’s been an awesome and stress-free journey building our dream home with Kaplan. And we absolutely love our new home, it’s beautiful and quality. A special thank you to Emylia, who seamlessly stepped in to support us while Vereneke was away on her wedding leave (congratulations to Vereneke!). Thanks to the entire team's hard work and dedication, we were truly impressed by how efficiently our home was completed.

One area that could be improved is the landscaping service included in the package. There was a significant delay in being contacted and having the work started. It might be beneficial for Kaplan to consider partnering with more than one landscaper to help avoid similar delays for future clients.

Overall, we’re very pleased with the experience and grateful for the team's support in bringing our home to life.
