I honestly felt that some of the requests from the landlord were unreasonable, but Kevin never made me feel like I was on my own. The professionalism, patience and genuine kindness shown by him and his team were outstanding.

despite the cleaner specifically asking when my final inspection would be. Only after I raised concerns was I directed to fine print that effectively makes the guarantee meaningless.
I was flexible and accommodating throughout the process. I agreed to move the booking forward by two hours at the cleaner's request, met him at the property to hand over the keys, and even paid extra for additional services, including an oven clean. Despite this, the property was still not cleaned to an acceptable end-of-lease standard.
When I raised these issues with the company, I was told that some of the items I pointed out fell under "deep cleaning." However, as shown in the photos, the floors were still visibly dirty, and the oven—which I paid extra to have cleaned—was clearly not completed with any real attention to detail. These are not unreasonable expectations for an end-of-lease clean, particularly at the price charged.
Overall, the service felt misleading, the "Bond Back Guarantee" did not live up to its name, and the quality simply did not justify the cost. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again.

Once I inspected the property myself, at first glance things seemed okay, but there was a ceiling grate missing (it had never been missing in my 5 years of living there), and quite a few areas that were left uncleaned like skirting boards, venetian blinds not being dusted properly, wall heaters left dusty and toilet seats left uncleaned. All of these were flagged in our end-of-lease report from the property manager that needed to be addressed.
When asked to replace the broken/stolen/misplaced ceiling vent they denied any involvement and refused to take accountability, despite being given many chances to do so. Their dishonesty in breaking or misplacing this vent was the largest pain point in our communication, and had I known my property was going to be stolen or damaged, I would never have booked them. They are false advertising with "100% bond back guarantee" cleaning and have since refused to give any form of refund, depsite not meeting their guarantee. This was the reason I booked the cleaners in the first place.

bathroom, several areas were not properly cleaned. The washing machine was not cleaned at all (even basic wiping of the glass door was not done). Drawers and cabinets were left untouched, and surfaces belonging to the landlord (such as shelves) were not cleaned. While I understand the agreement stated that items would not be moved, basic cleaning inside accessible storage areas should still be expected.
There was also an issue regarding wall stains. I was told to pay extra for “mould removal,” but after showing the photos to another cleaner, I was informed that it was not mould, but normal water stains that should have been included in standard cleaning. This felt misleading.
In the bedroom, only surface vacuuming of the carpet was done. No effort was made to clean under the bed or behind furniture. There was even visible rubbish (such as bottles) left under the bed, which I had to clean myself. For an end of lease service, a complete clean is expected — not just visible areas.
In the living area, although general mopping and wiping were done, many details were missed. The oven, which was said to be included, was not properly cleaned. Areas behind appliances like the microwave were still dirty. Cabinets had visible stains and dust, and glass surfaces were not fully cleaned. I have photo evidence for all of these issues.
I reported these problems and requested that he return to fix the work, as required by my landlord. I even asked for a simple follow-up (such as properly vacuuming the carpet), but he refused and claimed it was no longer his responsibility.
This is especially concerning because he initially stated there was a 100% satisfaction guarantee. However, when asked to rectify the issues, he did not honor this and stopped responding altogether.
I made multiple attempts to contact him, but received no proper response apart from refusal. Since then, he has completely ignored further communication.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The service did not meet basic expectations for an end of lease clean, and the lack of accountability and communication made it worse.

well below what I’d expect. The real estate agent identified basic items that had been missed, including the split system and skirting boards, and parts of the property weren’t cleaned properly. One room wasn’t even fully cleaned before the cleaner left.
To make matters worse, the advertised bond back guarantee was not honoured for issues that should clearly have been covered under an end of lease clean.
