Hello, we were lucky enough to purchase a pre loved Jasper lounge in excellent condition but I’m not sure when it was purchased new ~ I can’t find any hidden pockets on the arms & was hoping to purchase a tray table but can’t figure out how to attach it. Can you advise what tray table would suit an older model lounge & how to attach?

It doesn’t. It just says don’t use detergents. So can we remove the covers and machine wash them safely? Or must they be cleaned a certain way. Spot cleaning doesn’t work if the whole cover is looking worn over the years of use.

We bought our Jasper lounge in 2013 and have loved it. The covers are still going strong (we had them professionally cleaned once a few ears ago) but now we need to replace the inserts (the springs are poking through the foam).

I have a problem similar to one of the other reviewers above. I have called, emailed, and submitted online requests for quote, with images, multiple times and I am getting no response from King. No-one has ever contacted me directly. I've been able to get staff on the phone a couple if times, but have only been redirected around the organisation and eventually back to the website.

It is hugely frustrating, especially as I have been a big advocate for King up until now. I hope I can get a response from King here.

Our Jasper is about 3.5 years old. I chose foam cushions when I purchased it and I just noticed feathers coming out of my cushions. I just emailed customer service but I was curious if the same thing happened to other people. I am beginning to think that they sent me feather cushions instead.

Oh man , don’t even bother. Just buy another sofa from an actual Australian company that doesn’t require 100 emails and calls. They don’t respond and when you finally get them on the phone they say” oh we are so sorry, we have staff shortage “ . I finally got a re cover quote after 18 months and it was purely because I went to consumer affairs in regards to the way they handled my requests. It then took approximately a year to receive my covers. It doesn’t matter what they tell you they aren’t customer focused and blame the “ shipping company “ when in fact after speaking to the warehouse where I picked my covers up they said “ king never ever have orders arrive on time”. That’s a direct quote from the company that receive kings orders from overseas. They used to be great 10 years ago but now the products are cheaply made and don’t last. I’ve had my covers for about 8 months and they are falling apart. They will however generously offer “ free magic joiners” or a fabric pillar for the 9 month in convenience. Absolutely disgusting. My advice go for another company that is honest and transparent. King is now completely over priced and money driven.

Hi. I have been sending emails for the last 8 months in regards to replacing the covers on the whole of my jasper sofa. I’m really disappointed by the lack of communication and response. I emailed the email address you have posted previously on this page at Lest 18 times. With no response I finally rang to be spoken to by someone who was incredibly rude and failed to even acknowledge the fact I have been requesting a colour change and new covers for the lounge. The couch came to us after my sister was murdered last year during lockdown two days after her 28th birthday and it’s been nearly a year. Finally someone has lodged a customer acknowledgment after 4 phone calls and 18 emails. I’m still waiting for a “ consultant to address my request “ . I am incredibly disappointed with the service I have received and not one response from anyone at king living. I’ve sent through the photos of the sofa and a copy of the death certificate and still did not receive a response. I’m now told by a friend I will still have to wait at lest 8 weeks + for new covers. So it will be 10 months all up before I can recover the lounge. I’m so incredibly disappointed at this. I can’t even find a price list anywhere to even know what I’m going to be looking at to cover it. I’ve asked for pricing on new shelves and a smart pocket also and not one person has responded to my emails or enquires. I’m just really disappointed in the lack of customer service and response

The only person from king that was helpful and kind was jaymes from your nundawading store. The previous two were extremely unhelpful and refused to acknowledge my emails.
