My 10 year old 3 seater was sent in for re-cushioning and recovering, all paid for. I received text messages and emails that the repairs were complete and to expect delivery on 4th November, it didn't arrive and I have received no explanation. I have called and emailed many times, emails receive no response and the people on the phone can't offer any answers other than to apologise, where is my couch and when will I have it back in my home? What is so hard about communicating and managing expectations? I currently have a single seat recovered, no couch and the other single seat still waiting for new covers because the wrong fabric arrived with the technician. Not good enough and absolutely horrific customer service.

Been there, done that. No one replies. Or if they do, they make promises to fix it and then nothing happens. This has been going on for the last 3 months since 22 August.

Hi King furniture,
I have the Strata 3 seater and and extra modular on legs and another one that swivels. My questions is : Can the modular one seater that swivels be converted to having normal legs. I don't really like the swivel. ALSO, I was wondering if the legs on the couch can be changed so that they are higher. I don't mind if they legs are different to the original ones. I would just prefer the couch to sit higher with longer legs. Thanks so much! MArica

I've emailed King customer care, I've had no response in 6 days. I emailed King general enquiries I've had no response, I've emailed King furniture Brisbane, where I purchased and I've received no response.
All I wanted to know was if it was possible to obtain a used box similar to the one it was delivered in or to know where to get one when I move states and any tips on how to move and store a King leather lounge safely?
I'm absolutely disgusted that no one from King can offer ANY reply whatsoever. Even though my delivery time was also pushed out longer than what was said. I once raved about the King brand and their products but I can't do that anymore, as soon as King receives payment they don't care about their customers or their products.

Update: Thank you Alice, I did receive a response not long after posting this, I got a response from the Brisbane store and general enquires and to be fair their responses were in a reasonable time, they were helpful and pleasant. Their efforts and your fast response has restored my faith in King. These responses and turnarounds are the kind I expected from King Customer Care to begin with, but there definitely are some departments and staff maintaining King's good name.
I have had my strata sofa's for about 5 years and there fantastic. I was just wondering I'm wanting to put them in storage as im currently building and the house I moved into for time being is tiny so I can't have my sofas out all on display. I currently have 3 of them stored in a spare room in my house at up upright position where all the weight is placed on the back rest were most of the weight is. To have them sitting flat on the floor just takes to much room and doesn't fit.
They are all wrapped in proper protection but just wondering if the way I have stored them will damage them? Dose anyone know how there stored in king furniture wearhouse?

Hi Deb, we recently bought a king bed with mattress and it's incredibly comfortable, but I can't find any information about it anywhere! The link provided by King above doesn't provide any info about the mattress itself; it's composition, what makes it different to others on the market, how it compares etc. We bought it purely for the convenience of killing two birds with one stone and while I'm definitely glad we did, it's odd there isn't any more info available - please let me know if you find anything!
We purchased the Strata for the sleek design and thought would work perfectly in new house. BUT... after sitting on it for about half an hour we found with NO NECK or BACK support it is extremely uncomfortable. Friends that come around prefer not to sit on it. Also after a couple of years (3 1/2) the cushions flatten out....is there anyway we can do something to give back and neck support???

We have just had our Strata sofa delivered after waiting anxiously for it's arrival after 6 weeks. We chose the colour Dove which is a huge mistake after seeing it in our house. Help what can we do, we really need to change the colour and don't fancy spending another $1800 to do so. Can we swap it with a display model in a different colour perhaps? Is there anything we can do? So disappointed, the swatch just wasn't enough to work with for such a big decision.
