VerifiedCan I take my toaster back to where I bought it and get a refund or do I contact kitchenaide direct to have it replaced, but by all the reviews it seems this will not make any difference, so disappointed we spend way more than we normally would because it looks so good and your products are normally fantastic.
it's up to you, but I don't even think a replacement from Kitchenaide would make a difference. if you do return it to where you purchased it, it's important to state that it's not just a 'change of mind'; but the product is 'not fit for purpose' - which it's not. Horrible product, considering how much we love our mixer.
Has anyone had a good experience with this toaster?

I have not bought the toaster yet.
No awful toaster had mine a little over a year and a half and won’t stay down. Most expensive toaster I ever bought and lasted the least longest
